Very good. Listened to it multiple times. Some good vibes

8/10, really quite good. Some new ones I hadn't heard before. Classic Queen sound

Brilliant Corners by Thelonious Monk
Sep 16 2023

2/10. Not bad per say, just very much not for me. For jazz, it was mid still.

Kind Of Blue by Miles Davis
Sep 17 2023

It's jazz. Not bad, but really not my thing. Did not finish

Elvis Presley by Elvis Presley
Sep 18 2023

Very good, classic Elvis sound, but his later work is much better.

The Suburbs by Arcade Fire
Sep 19 2023

Really good album. Very intresting sound, similar almost to Radiohead but more of their upbeat stuff and less artsy stuff. Has a good mix of enjoyable song to original and creative tones.

OK by Talvin Singh
Sep 20 2023

A bit too abstract for my tastes. Okay for background listening, but definitely not anything I would choose to listen to on my own.

Remedy by Basement Jaxx
Sep 21 2023

Distinct but very good. Enjoyable listening and not something I expected. Better than I hoped.

Arise by Sepultura
Sep 22 2023

I am a big fan of the genre but all the tracks sounded identical and lifeless. Just drums over and over. Any metal is better.

Tea for the Tillerman by Cat Stevens
Sep 23 2023

Surprisingly good. Lots of enjoyable songs, overall, great time.

Out of Step by Minor Threat
Sep 24 2023

Imagine RATM but like, reallly not that good. Lacks any subtletly or originality. Overall, the songs were not terrible though.

Fifth Dimension by The Byrds
Sep 25 2023

Pretty good. Had some enjoyable songs. I enjoyed the feel and all, but it was nothing groundbreaking

Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys
Sep 26 2023

Very good. Listened to it multiple times. Some good vibes

Under Construction by Missy Elliott
Sep 27 2023

Not my style, I just don't think I'm a fan of the genre. Nothing against the songs, although they were only okay.

This Year's Model by Elvis Costello & The Attractions
Sep 28 2023

Really good. There's a few songs that especially go hard, but overall really quite good. Particularly enjoyable energy and sound, very classic

Two Dancers by Wild Beasts
Sep 29 2023

Pretty good. Reminds me of Radiohead but somehow even more etherial.

Revolver by Beatles
Oct 01 2023

Some of my favorite songs here! Imo, best, most classic, peak Beatles

Oct 02 2023

Really good. Already a fan of Nirvana and this featured some great songs. The non-hits were a little tame.

Tidal by Fiona Apple
Oct 03 2023

Pretty good, I enjoyed a few. Chill album, has a familiar sound but in a comforting way.

Oct 04 2023

Not my thing honestly. A little fun to listen to but not something I'd choose to unless I was at a cowboy bar.

Viva Hate by Morrissey
Oct 05 2023

Quite good! I enjoy the rocky aspect, reminds me of depeche mode.

Oct 06 2023

Classic 3/5. Nice sound, something I would like, but the songs are pretty samy and not exciting.

All Things Must Pass by George Harrison
Oct 07 2023

Really good! Some amazing songs and great sound. Very casual, but had good rock and psychedelic aspects

Odessa by Bee Gees
Oct 09 2023

Usually I'm more of a fan of this type of stuff, but it was a little forgetable.

Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Aug 10 2024

Really good! I love so many songs from the beginning, and it has a original, if not reptitive sound. The latter songs especially are just more of the same. That being said, iconic and amazing.

3 + 3 by The Isley Brothers
Aug 11 2024

Pretty groovy! Overall good listen, just soooo long. I liked all songs a little, but few were amazing.

Halcyon Digest by Deerhunter
Aug 12 2024

I enjoyed the songs that picked up, the rest were a overly melancholic for my taste.

Purple Rain by Prince
Aug 13 2024

Groovy and heartfull. Instant beloved. Some of the non-hits were a little boring though.

Aug 14 2024

Pretty good, each song is a good listen, and together form a great soundtrack. Less songs, and more emotions, but good nonetheless. Unusual addition to the 1001 albums.

Safe As Milk by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band
Aug 15 2024

From the first song, I expected to hate it, but it was really groovy. I dislike the sound, but enjoyed the rythm and energy.

Planet Rock: The Album by Afrika Bambaataa
Aug 16 2024

Pump up that jam. How could funk music be this boring? +1 stars for renegades of funk

Murmur by R.E.M.
Aug 17 2024

Not bad! Similar to the stuff they do later, but more holistic. Very one style

...Baby One More Time by Britney Spears
Aug 18 2024

It's pretty good. A classic or two. Not really my thing, but that doesn't make it bad.

Back In Black by AC/DC
Aug 20 2024

Hell yeah! Just my stuff, love it. Definitly has a distinctive sound, but a little one-note.

Aug 21 2024

Damn! I don't usually listen to hip-hop, especially since I dislike the repetitiveness and lack of unique melodies. This was not that, and had great brass, exciting sound, and growth throughout the songs.

Bossanova by Pixies
Aug 22 2024

Pretty good, quite my style. Not completly there though

Aug 24 2024

A tad orally assaulting. That being said, it has a unique sound, and the fairy tale of new york gets a start itself.

Exile On Main Street by The Rolling Stones
Aug 25 2024

Not bad, but I think they improved, both on originality and sound. Not a single song jumped out at me, but it was still a good listening experience.

Power In Numbers by Jurassic 5
Aug 26 2024

Not my favourite, but not offensive.
