Great funky beats and rhymes. I've always known a few tracks off of this but it was great to finally listen to it all.
Still as amazing and funky as it was when I first heard it at 17.

I had only ever heard Roundabout off of this album. Great use of early synth and the bass is just phenomenal. Favourite track is probably Long Distance Runaround.

Leonard Cohen's last album before he died. This is actually the first of his works that i have heard in completion and I thouroughly enjoyed it. Standout Tracks: You Want It Darker, Treaty, Travelling Light and It Seemed the Better Way.
A seminal Post-punk/ Goth album that still holds up today. Every track has its own unique flow and nothing here is filler. Standouts: Spellbound, Into The Light, Monitor.
I'd only ever heard Green Onions and Behave Yourself off of this album. It is some brilliant soul and groove from the early 1960s. Standouts: Green Onions, I got A Woman and Behave Yourself
Crunching and punchy grunge music from the early 1990s. Eaach track layers upon the previous.
Great jazz album that includes the absolute classic, Take Five. Other standouts were Kathy's Waltz and Blue Rondo A La Turk.

I have never really listened to much Jack White, apart from the White stripes. I thoroughly enjoyed this album. Standouts: Sixteen Saltines, Love Interruption and Take Me With You When You Go.
An album I had on a listening list for a long time. This is possibly one of Cash's best. Hurt, The Man Comes Around and Danny Boy. Every track is brilliant.

A fantastic Prog Rock album from the early 1970s. Standouts: Aqualung, Mother Goose, Hymn 43 and Locomotive Breath.
Masterpiece album that was a cornerstone of me at 19 years old. There isn't a bad track on this album at all. Standouts: Souvenir, Georgia, Joan Of Arc.
I wasn't a massive fan of this record. I think this makes this the first album here that I wasn't a fan of.

An amazing grunge album that defined my teenage years. Every song has its place perfectly on this album, and it is hard to choose a few as standouts. Black, Jeremy, Even Flow and Oceans are my favourites.
Love song indie rock from the 90s. I didn't listen to the entire 69 songs but I enjoyed what I listened to. Standouts: Absolutely Cuckoo, A Chicken With It's Head Cut Off and I Think I Need A New Heart.
A great synth and proto-electronic album by a band who shaped the future of a lot of electronic and experimental music. Standouts: Europe Endless, Hall Of Mirrors and Trans-Europe Express.
Any Chemical Brothers album is a guaranteed great listen. Big beat American electronica. Does feel like them finding their feet on their first album though. Standouts: Leave Home, Three Little Birdies Down and One Too Many Mornings
One of the best jazz rock albums ever and one of my favourite Steely Dan albums. Standouts: Any Major Dude Will Tell You, Monkey In Your Soul, Night By Night and Rikki Don't Lose That Number.
