Do you ever feel like you want to listen to music but nothing fits the bill? This is the answer. A truly enjoyable palate cleanser. 9/10
This was SO MUCH FUN! That boy needs therapy.
To whoever said they were taking away a star for the tuba solo, I'm giving it back.
Jesus Walks has always been a track that I've been ashamed to like. I'm now ashamed to like a lo more.
Major nostalgia value on this one, but that only goes so far... I was reminded about Walk of Life and added it to my guilty pleasures playlist. Fun listen, but not great.
I enjoyed this a whole lot more than I thought I would
I feel like I should like The Smiths but I really REALLY don't.
I just can't. This was a rough one.
Too short. By lots.
I cheated listening to this. Put Down by the River on repeat a few times before moving on. As a Canadian I'm pretty sure I'm required to give this at least a 3. But I'm a very good Canadian.
I really wasn't sure how this was going to go. I enjoyed it SO MUCH
This was a group I'd never heard of before and I enjoyed this listen. Nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either.
This was SO MUCH FUN! I went to see them in concert shortly before Covid shut everything down. I was looking for some nostalgia. The opener - Sum 41 - were very fun. The Offspring was... dull. Turns out all I needed to do was listen to this album.
I really wanted to like this. I had to throw my phone at one point because I was trying to do something and this in the background was so annoying and distracting that I just couldn't do both at once.
Fabulous
Being able to read through Kurt's lyrics while listening to this album is a gamechanger. It's always been my favorite of theirs but now it's a lot more sad.
I love this little bit softer Jimi. Thoroughly enjoyable!
I discovered Captain Beefheart 2 summers ago. I read some of the reviews about Trout Mask Replica. I listened to some of Trout Mask Replica. I understood the reviews. Then I got this album with songs I recognized and a few new ones. Thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. *zig zag*
I was very interested to learn that Otis wrote Respect and Satisfaction. Before you disagree with me, see above ☝️
