I cannot even finish listening the 21(!!) tracks. It feels like a drag and I don't understand how Elton John is always glorified: there is not one track that gets me excited or vibing, they all sound generic and I cannot even remember the tune. Not that I actively dislike the music, but I literally don't feel anything and whenever I listen to this album my mind just goes elsewhere. I give it a 4/10.
"I get up when I want, except on Wednesdays when I get rudely awakaned by the dustmen" I will never be able to listen to "Parklife" and not stop whatever I'm doing and sing wholeheartedly with my best British accent. Great album, good amounts of amazing songs (Girls and boys, end of a century, parklife, london loves etc) , although few of them felt a bit less powerful. Still, a solid 8/10.
It didn't get me, the first part especially feels slow. It improves in the second half, with some more cadenced songs ans riffs. I liked "Cracked Actor", "The Jean Geanie" and "Time". Overall, 6.5/10.

I hope that sometimes you win (the place in the Hall of Fame you deserve). This album wants your love, makes you an happy man and gives you a funny bone* C'est (très) Chic! 8/10
