Heaven can wait reminds me of some song. The lonely night part. All revved up with no place to go is a funkier ACDC song. Paradise by dashboard light is ACDC meets Jazz. For crying out loud also reminds me of some song I can't put my finger quite on.
Some songs remind me of Green Day. Strange ones, I'd like to know, say. Mansize rooster sounds like a tune from an Arctic Monkeys song. Enjoyable album.
The instrumentals were great. The tunes were sublime. But the vocals were a really big letdown for me. The vocalist sounded very much like Passenger but without his singing skill. Most of the tunes were memorable. Ego tripping at the gates of hell, It's summertime, the title song, say. The guitars of the title song are really something. 'She's a black belt in Karate.'
As someone trained in traditional Indian music, I have never understood how Jazz works. Some notes seem like they don't really belong in the song. But most of the parts of the songs were enjoyable.
Yearnin' learnin' is a banger. Super catchy, very re-listenable. Happy Feelin' too. The other ones were all nice. If someone played them on a car ride, say, I'd not ask them to change it. But I wouldn't play it myself. Yearnin' learnin' and Happy feelin' are 5/5. Shining star is 4/5. The rest are 3/5 for me.
The songs didn't click for me. Good tunes though.
I really enjoyed 'Thanking you for sending me an angel'. The others were all nice. But they all seemed very similar.
Very enjoyable. Lot of memorable songs. Chains, Go your own way, You making loving fun, say. Lot of 5/5 songs for me. But equally many 3/5 songs too.
Super fun. Lot of songs hit the spot.
Aerosmith was a real surprise. A really enjoyable album.
Still don't understand Jazz.
Amazing album. Really good songs.
Missing pieces, Blunderbuss, Hypocritical kiss. Really unique tunes. Thoroughly enjoyed. The background piano elevated the experience. The instrumentals were top notch.
Decent album. The songs didn't do it for me.
Beautiful instruments. Awesome tunes. Very happy to see Indian music represented in this collection.
Good album. Enjoyable.
What a voice. Really enjoyed 'The dolphins'.
This is what I expect from country rock! Delivers on all fronts. Slight repetitive? But it repeats all the best parts.
Peepee Doodoo! The doctor is waiting for you.
He's wanted in most states. His music is wanted in most playlists! Absolute legend. Makes you want to leave your city and settle down in the countryside. Darlin' Companion was a favourite. Straight up flamed the snot out of San Quentin and the people love him. Every song is super fun.
Liked Rehab, Back to Black and Addicted. Other songs didn't really leave a mark.
Thanks for the recommendation. Wasted hours of my life.
Some really good songs. Within you without you comes to mind. Some good songs. Title track, say. Altogether, a really enjoyable album. Definitely belongs on this list.
Enjoyable. Does a good job explaining the hype behind Beyonce.
Good old rock. Interesting lyrics.
Legendary album. Grew up on these songs. Love all of them.
Did not feel like a special album. Usual good ol' rock and roll.
Nice hip hop. I knew Common was a rapper but I'd never heard a single one of his songs. Good songs. Hip hop bias makes me give this album a 4.
Sugar Moon, Don't let the stars get in your eyes. These were two of my favourite songs from the album. The rest were also very nice. The songs were really smooth. Her voice absolutely calms your mind. Sounds like a smoother Adele.
Enjoyed some songs. Felt slightly repetitive.
