People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm
A Tribe Called QuestRap doesn't do much for me, this one didn't either
Rap doesn't do much for me, this one didn't either
Sounds like Bob Dylan, and this is a Bob Dylan album
Very impressed! Never heard of this band, and the mix of heavier and softer songs on this album makes for a wide, enjoyable range of music! Will listen to them some more
Not really my style... not that bad though
I knew a couple ones, never got the opportunity to hear this in full, so I appreciated it
Not bad, I don't know a lot about Neil Young outside of his most known stuff. I kinda like that his signing is quite raw and imperfect, most songs were quite enjoyable, and a good variety
Didn't know most songs, it was pretty good, enjoyed it overall. Full of energy and strong singing
It's alright, not being a fan of reggae that much, it has some cool grooves
Pretty cool! Some restrained songs, some bigger ones, the recording sounds really authentic. Liked it!
Ah yes, I remember listening to this after wondering who created Song 2. I still find it pretty striking how it sounds nothing like the rest of the album. This album has quite the variety, seemingly taking inspiration from different artists and styles, which makes it a fun listen. But in the end, I don't *love* this album, or any of the songs that much.
It was.. alright? Good background music to vibe to, kind of like lo-fi. Given the years, I'd think at the time it might have been pretty more interesting.
Not bad, didn't know any song, liked it overall, songs are short and catchy enough
Fun one! The recording is very nice and makes you feel like you are in the room with them, we hear each player very well and they all play very nicely. Definitely heard some of those melodies before, although I don't know enough about Jazz history to know whether this is the "referred" or the "referrer" :P
This album has precisely all the elements I don't like in the Death Metal genre - unintelligible vocals, speed for the sake of it, barely any melody, and to top it off a somewhat mushy mixing. I wanted to find a compliment but didn't find anything to hang to. Oh wait, found one: it could have been a longer album.
Not bad! Very smooth vibes, good bass, super listenable and some fun songs.
It's alright, nothing really stands out to me
Already listened to it in the past, very good album, a couple of absolute bangers, but the rest is also amazing and I enjoy the whole lot
Quite impressed, I didn't know any track outside of Everybody Hurts and Man On The Moon, but I didn't expect this much variety and range from this album. Definitely will listen it again!
Only knew Holiday in Cambodia and how unhinged and weird it is, I'd say the rest of the album matches the energy and wildness. Enjoyed it overall!
Listening to this while working, and found it annoying with its repetition and even distracting.
Didn't know any outside of the (awesome) title track and Frozen (which is also amazing). The rest is OK, I don't think I'll listen to this one again specifically, but I'm still glad I did.
