3 Feet High and Rising by De La Soul
Feb 04 2026

It was very entertaining. I didn't quite understand the whole TV gameshow thing but it was kinda funny. This somewhat old jazz rap is very good. In the first song they rap about being 3 dudes in this project is the perfect combo, and I thought at first that people tried to separate them at the beginning. Couldn't really read much of the lyrics since I'm listening while working, but very good and entertaining overall.

Very good. I was disappointed because the first was so upbeat that it made me think that's how the album was gonna go, but everything else was so opposite to that. It still was a very good listen.
