Van Halen by Van Halen
Feb 06 2026

A solid start to this journey! I enjoyed this album a lot, I’ll likely listen to it as workout music. Saved in my library! ✅ I’ll give it a 7.8/10 for my first listen.

If You Can Believe Your Eyes & Ears by The Mamas & The Papas
Feb 09 2026

Another classic. I knew most of these songs already. GOOD stuff. M&Ps hold a special spot in my heart for making such great music while having some pretty dark behind-the-scenes.

Licensed To Ill by Beastie Boys
Feb 10 2026

Some iconic songs and I can see the appeal for the time but wow I lowkey hate the beastie boys. I always hated Fight For Your Right. And whatta ya know, this whole album sounds like that song. It’s just three dudes yelling for 44 minutes. Is it 3 dudes? Idek. I started getting used to their sound by the last three songs so MAYBE it can grow on me overtime but that was just awful. Brass Monkey is pretty good though of course.

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Feb 11 2026

This one felt kinda meh. Not bad, good singing, I just didn’t particularly ENJOY many of the songs. I’m open to listening again though. I’d give 2.5 if I could.

Figure 8 by Elliott Smith
Feb 12 2026

Truly nothing memorable. His voice wasn’t bad, sounded like a mix of George Harrison and other 60s singers. It was fine background music, and it wasn’t BAD.

The ArchAndroid by Janelle Monáe
Feb 13 2026

What an album! I’ve never heard of this artist before so I didn’t know what to expect! Bravo! Will for sure listen again. I love suites II and III!

Violent Femmes by Violent Femmes
Feb 16 2026

Wasn’t terrrible, I can see the appeal, glad I listened to it but I may never revisit it

Shaft by Isaac Hayes
Feb 18 2026

I only know Isaac Hayes from South Park lol and I wasn’t fully locked in on the album cuz I was working but what I remember was enjoyable

Feb 19 2026

A VERY pleasant surprise. For what I’m assuming is country this was enjoyable and I’ll definitely listen again. 3.5 if i could.

Haunted Dancehall by The Sabres Of Paradise
Feb 20 2026

This album was not on Spotify but I listened to some of their music. All instrumental, some of it was cool!

This Year's Model by Elvis Costello & The Attractions
Feb 23 2026

It was enjoyable, one song I recognized but nothing truly memorable!

Blue Lines by Massive Attack
Feb 24 2026

A very good listen, I will need to go back to this one!

Under Construction by Missy Elliott
Feb 25 2026

I see the appeal and can appreictae this album for what is was at its time, but there is so much BETTER female hip hop today so I just cant fully enjoy this idk

Ágætis Byrjun by Sigur Rós
Feb 26 2026

Definitely gave me a new perspective on music. Very long for my taste.

Medúlla by Björk
Feb 27 2026

Overall a rough listen but I appreciate her voice and a couple songs

Illinois by Sufjan Stevens
Mar 02 2026

Kinda of musical-esque, I wasn’t fully locked in as I was working out but there were some fun ones on here.

Buffalo Springfield Again by Buffalo Springfield
Mar 04 2026

This was fairly enjoyable, I had it on repeat at work. I’d listen through again. I saved a couple songs!

Siembra by Willie Colón & Rubén Blades
Mar 05 2026

I’ve never listened to a Spanish album before, I’m impressed! Had no idea what was said but I thoroughly enjoyed this one!

Copper Blue by Sugar
Mar 06 2026

A fun refreshing rock album! I enjoyed it a lot, one I’d for sure wanna revisit

Reggatta De Blanc by The Police
Mar 09 2026

Some true classics on here! A solid album overall!

Nilsson Schmilsson by Harry Nilsson
Mar 10 2026

This was a good album I played during my shift. Wasn’t fully tuned in but I remember enjoying it a lot. Some Beatle-y type of sounds!

Psychocandy by The Jesus And Mary Chain
Mar 11 2026

A cool grungey sound. I liked it! But I think I’d enjoy it more if I were depressed so I feel like I can’t fully appreciate it at this time in my life but I’ll keep this one in the back pockets.

The Gershwin Songbook by Ella Fitzgerald
Mar 12 2026

Jazzy and old timey, I love it!! I only listened to disc 1 but I think I got the gist of it! Solid album that I’d like to go back to! 3.5 if I could!

Ramones by Ramones
Mar 13 2026

Recognized one song, and can acknowledge it’s a classic but I kind of got tired of their sound pretty quickly. Not unenjoyable tho!

Surf's Up by The Beach Boys
Mar 16 2026

Honestly a weird one. I didn’t really know any of the songs and this was a different vibe from the beach boys I know and love. That being said, it wasn’t bad at all, I just maybe need more time to appreciate it.

The Score by Fugees
Mar 17 2026

Didn’t finish but what I heard I enjoyed. This listen was refreshing!

Beautiful Freak by Eels
Mar 18 2026

This might not be a good thing but I’ve been enjoying more “emo” music lately. I actually connected to some of the songs on here. Solid sound and it was well put together!

The Dreaming by Kate Bush
Mar 20 2026

Honestly not feeling this one. I like her voice but noting worked on this one for me. Sorry Miss Bush. That one song in stranger things goes hard but it want on this album lol.

Bad by Michael Jackson
Mar 23 2026

A classic. MJ is just too good.

The Stone Roses by The Stone Roses
Mar 24 2026

A pre’y solid bri’sh album. Love the sound of it. This was work background noise so I can’t say I was fully locked in but I saved a few songs that I will def revisit.

American Beauty by Grateful Dead
Mar 25 2026

A quick enjoyable listen while I was working. A sound i enjoy and am familiar with. No saves on the first listen but perhaps it deserves a revisit one day.

Mar 26 2026

Phil Collins is aight. This album didn’t hook me but there were some enjoyable moments. I love this era but I don’t think this is one I’ll revisit

Leftism by Leftfield
Mar 27 2026

EDM?? Not what I was expecting I was very pleasantly surprised!! Some BANGERS on here.

Machine Head by Deep Purple

A classic full of some bangers!

Mar 31 2026

Sensational singer, voice of a goddess. This album shines on her true talents. RIP

A new found love for the killers!! THIS IS WHY WE DO THIS!! This album was awesome!!

Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Apr 15 2026

A legend of his craft. It’s interesting hearing the “origins” of my current favorite genre in music. Mad respect to Mr. Marley. It is 4/20 so listening to this today felt very fitting. I can vibe to every song but I know he has better music out there

Apr 16 2026

Ice Cube POPPED OFF. Normally not a fan of older hip hop but bro killed this one. Mans a poet and got goooood flow!

Dub Housing by Pere Ubu
Apr 17 2026

In another time, maybe I could appreciate this. But right now, hot garbage. No redeeming qualities. Worst album so far.

Madman Across The Water by Elton John
Apr 21 2026

The rocket man - a legend! I still think Billy does it better, but this was a solid listen.
