Bruce is the Boss for a reason. This album takes us back to the concert back before The River, Born in the USA and all the modern stuff. This was a nice listen. Yeah, it's long but I just add it a playlist of many of these other albums and each song that comes on from this album is always a great listen. 5/5

Masterpiece. One of the best live performance of the entire career of Bruce and the E-Street, and they were only just beginning. Also thanks to the typical consistent sound of the 70s. The best in history.

There are already 5 Bruce Springsteen albums on this list. Another one is certainly not necessary let alone, a live album which is two hours long. Let's at least have some creativity. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

There’s lots of Springsteen on the list including the outstanding “Born To Run”. Yes, the E Street Band were/are great live and given Metallica and Van Morrison and The Who and Deep Purple amongst others have concert albums I suppose this is a fair user submission.

A nice reminder of how awesome Bruce Springsteen is. Not only has he written some of the most iconic songs and produced some of the greatest albums of all time, he and the E Street Band are certainly among the all-time greatest live acts. This album captures that live feeling about as well as you can on a recording. I saw them on the Born in the USA tour, but would have loved to have seen them in this era as well. 5 stars.

Wow, I thought this was absolutely briljant. I know his live shows can be good, and now I know why. What a boss!

I understand that so many people adore Bruce Springsteen. I like quite some of his music as well. Some I even think is véry good. But listening to a 2 hour+ concert is just too much. The only way that such a long concert actually adds something to the whole Springsteen-experience, is by being there in the crowd as it's happening.

Although Bruce is a great artist, there are 5 albums in the original list already, which is A LOT. One more is redundant.

The Boss goes alright, not sure why we needed a live album from him but hey. 3/5.

I feel like Brandon Flowers kind of sounds like this era Springsteen. I'd much rather listen to the not-live versions of these songs, which is how I feel about most live albums.

I kind of get the submission, but long live Albums are just a little tougher for me.

Whatever sicko added this to the list needs to be found and studied. Bruce, a mediocre boomer who already has FIVE albums on the list when he barely deserves one. An OVER TWO HOUR LONG album that is LIVE? This is supposed to be a fun time, not an investigation of war crimes.

I'm a big fan of The Boss, and this is his prime, with some interesting versions of these iconic songs with different arrangements, but I'm just not a huge fan of live albums in general, and that second disc with the longer numbers and covers kinda drags.

One of the most legendary live albums in history, finally released in 2006 as a DVD companion of the special edition of 'Born to Run'. A missed opportunity imo. It should have been released in a luxury edition, on its own and with a cover worthy of its contents, instead of that horrible one. All of this does not detract from the greatness of the album, a memorable document of the best that rock music can offer

I'm a big Springsteen fan going a long way back but interestingly I don't think I ever sat down and listened to a live album before. Found this good but not amazing, I suspect this band's lightning being of a particularly "difficult to get in a bottle" variety. Happily listened to a bunch of classics though, and the cover fragments scattered through some renditions and medley toward the end were interesting.

The cracks to Bruce as a younger man are the exceptions to the norm. No one has better control than the E Street Band over songcraft like this, and the two hours are songs stretched out unglamorous and strong. Anything without painful composition is painfully felt instead.
