This and Atomic Basie in the same year, what a time to be alive Best Song: El Cayuco Worst Song: N/A
Difficult to gauge how influential it was at the time but still holds up well
More bland then I was going for but it was listenable enough
I love this album, I initially had 5/18 songs saved for a few years now but after relistening I now have 9/18 songs saved. Every song has its place in the album and nothing is truly bad while the good songs are great. One of my favorite albums from the 2010s with neon valley street being one of my favorite songs of the 10s.
Un 🐻ably ⚪️ Best song: Becks Bolero Worst song: 🔵 deluxe
Feels a little dated but thrives off of energy 🐉 Favorite song: She Watch Channel Zero?! Least favorite: N/A P.S: YEA BOIIIIII
This album actually leaked early a couple of days before the release date, I stayed home from school to listen to it. I can still remember laying on my bed in the dark, staring at the ceiling and hearing the first song on this album fade in and feeling like I was listening to something meaningful. This album taught me more about life then any class could on that Friday Best song: all of them Worst song: none of them PS: this is the greatest album I’ve ever heard

Not as boring as I thought it would be. Despite feeling dated, the rhymes are bearable and beats are catchy enough, I also love the switch up on Body Count🤘 Best song: Body Count 🎸 Worst song: MVPs, while it’s a kind shoutout track, the echo effect is really annoying (annoying annoying annoying annoying) PS: this album is surprisingly progressive, especially for the 90s ex1: “I saw a brother kill another cause he said he was gay but that’s the way it is. it been that way for years and when the body hit the ground I heard a couple of cheers it kinda hurt me inside…” ex2: “She wanna be lez he wanna be gay well that’s your business…”
Easy listen, though I found some of the songs to somewhat blend together. Wish the band took a larger role in her songs as she sounded great with them supporting her. Best song: Love Is Here To Stay Worst Song: N/A

Crazy to think Marvin Gay single handedly invented sex in 1973 by dropping this, unironically bangin album 🔥 Intro is iconic, love the beanie cover where it looks like he's holding a massive invisible rock Let's get it on is much more interesting and intricate then the memes would have you believe. Starts off really slow and I don’t feel like the concept was explored as much as it could have been (the minimalism is likely intentional), would have to listen more closely to be sure though. It ends pleasantly enough Best song: Bow (we meet again Michael!) Worst song: N/A
Dat water do be muddy do Best Song's: I've Got My Mojo Working & Got My Mojo Working - Pt. 2 Worst Song: Everything else was meh
decent but it can be a difficult listen at times, not because of the complexity of its ideas but because it sometimes fixates on sounds that don't resonate, at least not with me (I'm sure this would be great to see live though) Best Song: Out-Bloody-Rageous (which is the least popular funnily enough) Worst Song: Facelift
