Solid rock album but nothing that spoke deeply to me.

Doesn’t hit as hard as when it first came out. Still good, but not worth a ton of relistens.

It’s talking heads. They’re cool but this album isn’t revolutionary.

A little bit racist, occasionally boring, but with some bops and a few really enjoyable solos.

I could see how it may have been an important album at the time but without growing up with it it hits as a little lifeless.

This is a great album. I’m surprised and disappointed I haven’t heard it before.

Definitely a seminal album but it hasn’t aged spectacularly. Especially with Ice Cube becoming a family friendly movie star.
