Don't really know how to feel about this one, its just fine to me. Her voice is great and the instrumentation creates a soft bed for the rougher edges of her voice but it all gets a bit samey quite fast. I'll check out some other album of hers as well, since I had this same problem with Willie Nelson, their most popular albums seem to be the weakest to me.

On first listen I was reminded why I don't listen to the Ramones that much, it's fun but dumb, almost more pop than punk. But at second listen it gets more fun and you manage to sing along, now I have been listening to this for 3 or 4 hours already I lost track of time. It is a perfect record in some sense, I respect it for what it is and maybe I had been a kid or a teen when this came out I would've held it in an even higher regard. 4/5.
