Weird fun but good!

Stellar opener, the rest is fine but boring, middle of the road.

Obvious Classic, know this shit from front to back, not as good as Songs of Love and Hate tho

Very good, I tried to listen to all of their stuff once in order and didn't get further than the 2nd album, I think because I was just listening to this and that one until I got bored.

Fine, like a watered down radiohead, Martin sings well but I can't believe a word he says.

Doesn't do it for me, its nice and pleasant, isn't this supposed to be some outlaw shit? There are far greater country singers imo, I guess this is just more popular. Now Phases and Stages is good as fuck, crushes this boring stuff. Maybe im just not in the mood for this.

Unrelenting, don't really care for the blues but Muddy Waters is one of the best to do it. One of the best album titles I've ever heard.

Don't really know how to feel about this one, its just fine to me. Her voice is great and the instrumentation creates a soft bed for the rougher edges of her voice but it all gets a bit samey quite fast. I'll check out some other album of hers as well, since I had this same problem with Willie Nelson, their most popular albums seem to be the weakest to me.

Cloudy and Homeward Bound go hard, I'm suprised by how good this is honestly, all bangers and soothing lullabies, most just as good as the songs they are known for.

Not really for me, its fine and pretty here and there but mostly comes across as horny boomer music.

Pretty good! The Emperor's New Clothes bangs, I don't really feel the hype for Nothing Compares 2 U, tho.

Low key annoying at times but I get it, I can hear the influence it has had. Yeaaaahhhhhh boi.

On first listen I was reminded why I don't listen to the Ramones that much, it's fun but dumb, almost more pop than punk. But at second listen it gets more fun and you manage to sing along, now I have been listening to this for 3 or 4 hours already I lost track of time. It is a perfect record in some sense, I respect it for what it is and maybe I had been a kid or a teen when this came out I would've held it in an even higher regard. 4/5.

Legendary album, insane, vibey, this was my jam at around age uhh 20-24 maybe 25, I would bump this all the time. Easiest 5/5 don't even need to think about it.

I tried but what the fuck is she doing with her voice? This is so bad, her lyrics are straight trash as well.

When you have one of greatest songs (in general not just for Sonic Youth) as your opener it sadly hampers the rest of the album. But still very good!

Classic album, all bangers, house with feeling, have it on vinyl, the music video's are part of my youth. They transcendent house with this record and it being their first makes it all the more impressive.

I mean I've listend to it some times back in my day when I was in the mood for Radiohead and was tired of all their albums. Like it's fine, some great stuff on here!

Classic, say what you will about Nirvana but they wrote a lot of catchy songs and captured the masses, here they show more maturity with beautiful "acoustic" covers and renditions of their songs.

Classic 5/5, one of their best if not their best.
