very little cohesion throughout, seems like a bunch of stuffed together singles and a lot of misses

almost wished for a little more weirdness in the back half, things got nearly there

raw punk sound definitely felt like a forthcoming of what was to come

hard to pinpoint why exactly but beck just doesn't do it for me- too noodly/nasally or something

enjoyed the bsides more than I thought I would

pretty classic, short and punchy was appreciated

The funky bits still feel fresh

their sound kinda blended together into one same old at one point and left me wanting something a bit different

decent introduction to some music I wouldn't have otherwise sought out/listened to, got a lesson on desert blues style and wouldn't mind exploring more!

excusing what a piece of garbage morrissey is, this album nonetheless has artistic value, but it's not the sound I'd gravitate towards much these days

I appreciated some of the more nuanced jazz bits that went into pushing the genre forward with this

warm and fuzzies got a touch sleepy but overall bangin enough and so family friendly that I gotta give it props

jello? can you hear me? I had kinda forgot how formative some of these songs were until adrian reminded me of how many of them were featured in ski/snowboard/skate films and games that I'd watch on repeat growing up. So that gets a spare star add

got a touch monontous but on the whole pretty solid and Damon Albarn can seemingly do no wrong.

while her voice gets grating I gotta give up the credits to the production and songwriting that came outta this, ironic or not.

i kinda get what kinds of pop sentiments they were getting at but just didn't land too hard on the whole

dang this one had some sleeper jams that i def grooved with, hit the iwym sweetspot

this def hit better when I was younger and less jaded but now it feels just a touch smarmy tho there were certainly great songs that still wrung with sincerity and pulled at the heartstrings

pretty middling arena rock, nothing really very deep in any of it
