Tres Hombres
ZZ TopLove zz
Love zz
Outside of the two big songs the album is a bit boring and maybe a bit busy. But the three big songs are so powerful so 3/5
I mean solid live jazz album. Top 1001? No 3/5
Tracks 2/3/4 are all time powerful; the rest of the album is solid but a bit whiney 3/5
Same thing as other ‘greatest’ albums here. Two three songs are so strong but the rest is average.
All time trend setting groundbreaking noise hop politically powered masterpiece
Why is this on this list? This is unlistenable schlock couldn’t make it past boy child. Terrible 0/5

Ummm no. Top 1001? Hardly. Love Morrissey as the lead of the smiths but how this album qualifies over his 1st album viva hate I don’t know. Too many questionable choices so far This shit is corny 2/5
I’m biased. First 5 sabbath albums are all 5/5 to me. Vol 4 is mixed poorly but it doesn’t matter, epic cocaine rock
Beautiful, interesting and original. Just mind bending that it’s from ‘73
Everybody wants to rule the world is one of the greatest pop songs of the 80s. Shout is nostalgic. Head over heels/broken is the sleeper song. Lyrics mention ‘change in weather’ often 3/5
I mean, cubes solo work is criminally underrated. This one is a top 25 rap album and changed how I thought about racism towards black peoples in America This runs a bit long but the beats also fucking bang hard 3/5
Never understood their popularity. The nasal high pitched talk singing is annoying. Metal has such thin margins of what’s great and not so great. This is fine. Top 1001? No
So many huge songs on this sprawling album. This is my first listen all the way through (wasn’t a huge pumpkins fan) and it’s epic James Iha is underrated 1979 is one of the top songs of 90s 4/5
Interesting in spots but just doesn’t have anything memorable about any particular track. 2/5
Monk and Rollins I mean iconic duo. Bemsha Swing is one of all time faves and this arrangement in its early form is powerful 4/5
I love new order. Compared to their other output this album is just ok and doesn’t grab me emotionally like the more synth punk oriented work. 3/5
5/5 all time classic that set the standard for punk
Trend setting folk album played electric. A real time capsule and great songwriting. 4/5
It’s just ok
5/5 perfect record
A mess. Not fun. 2/5
This album never hit me like it did everyone else. It’s dope it’s original and groundbreaking just not my fave.
Funky jazzy freak out a bit too much horn on spots and a little too free form to make it a 5/5
Fuggin classic. So original so weird so kick ass
Should be 3.5. It runs just a tad long but it set the standard for the goa breakbeat/downbeat scene. Fun listen
I want to give it 5/5 for nostalgia sake but it falls just short of perfect. Fucking amazing album tho
I love E&TB so they get 3/5 but outside of the three GREAT tracks it’s kind of a forgettable album
As a full album it doesn’t hit everywhere but what a debut

Uh Algerian pop music? Why tf is this on this list???
Brian May is a guitar god but otherwise yawnnn zzzzzz 2/5
4/5 original fun different very jack white

Super corny and hate the production and arrangements
Two HUGE songs and some filler. Not overall their best compared to the classics
5/5 no notes
What can I say it’s so original and foundational for outsider music
Eh I mean the satire is prescient and Zappa saw right thru the commercialization of the hippie movement but this album seemed to go on forever and it was under an hour

2+ hours of drum and bass? I mean sure in the right setting with the right drugs maybe but top 1001 album ever? Fuck right off. I’m rating based on LTJ being original and a trendsetter and defining a genre but I’m not listening to this whole thing wtf

Nostalgic af and didn’t think it would stand up. It does banger after banger
Once is enough
Solid but I dunno if it’s all time
Should be able to give zero stars for this trash
