1001 Albums Summary

the british accent threw me off at the start, it’s definitely not my music. I liked that the last song was empty cans because of the symbolism but generally I am not intrigued enough to get into the lyrics

unterschiedliche sounds, manche songs ganz cool, aber irgendwie nicht komplett meins?

it doesn't do much lyrically and musically but is still very entertaining to listen to. Ich würde nicht sagen, dass die Band musikalisch was ganz neues gemacht hat, aber es ist trotzdem cool es sich anzuhören (habe das Gefühl dadurch sehe ich die Welt durch die Augen meines 17-jährigen Ichs)

I really really like the saxophone sounds and the piano! The drums on the last song threw me off a bit.

Ich war bisschen überrascht, dass dieses Album unter den 1001 Alben die man mal gehört haben muss ist, weil ich tatsächlich nicht wirklich ein Lied aktiv wiederkenne. Laut den reviews war es aber ein großes Album als es rausgekommen ist (vor meiner Zeit). Ich finde es ist nicht soo spektakulär, aber für wenn ich das richtige Buch lese gute Begleitmusik. Top songs: I've got to see you again Don't know why

hört sich wirklich interessant aufgenommen an, mag aber die stimmen fav song: summertime blues (ist aber ein cover)

fands irgendwie sehr cool fav songs: this town ain't big enough for the both of us, lost and found

I mean it is iconic

nicht so richtig was für mich leider :I aber glaube liegt auch am genre

der erste song ist so interessant, finde Candy says richtig richtig gut, hätte nicht gedacht, dass das aus 1969 ist. => generell so so cool, finde das immer noch crazy dass das so alt ist, finde fast jeden song richtig cool und das album hat mich sehr überrascht
