k.d. langHer voice is kinda like a female crooner. It's a little cheesy for my taste. Musicianship is solid. Very smooth listening, felt like good for a rainy day, but not my speed. Didn't add any tracks to my liked list.

Couple big hits, not my favorite classic rock feel.
reminds me of the vines, and the other bands of their ilk around turn of the century punk pop rock. I definitely think it's better than the other bands of their ilk, but again, not really my thing. Guy's voice is a little grating. Would still rather listen to this than anything in the 2 or 1 star piles.
I am surprised I've never listened to this album before. It has a few hits and some bangers. I've definitely seen the album artwork before, but after listening to this I'm going to be adding Nilsson to the rotation.
Solid Bowie album, not my favorite probably because I didn't listen to it when I was growing up. Bowie is great as always.
Great album, one that reminds me of my youth. Redefined Metallica and got me in a metallica mood, I listened to them all afternoon after this record.
70s ladies punk. Can't stand it honestly. Her voice is grating, the pace is grating. 0 stars
Not my favorite flavor of Metallica. Makes me realize how much their transition on the Black album really made them into the band that I like to listen to.
Oooof, started off ok, interesting early alternative sounds. Ended in a way that made me not want to put it on again. 2 stars.
Excellent album, one of my favorite groups.
Tuneyards meets Neco. It was ok. 2.5 if there was a .5
Interesting prog rock. I've only listened to the first record before. It's ok. Feels very ummagumma-y for 1973. I liked Easy Money but everything is over 7 minutes long.
Love this album, it's had a place in my rotation for a long time
Enjoyed the record, won't necessarily hit the regular rotation but it was good.
I gave it the college try, but it really is bad.
Good record from the alternative era of my college age/post college age
Meh
Love the Doors
Really like this, knew one song, now he's in my 60s R&B rotation
Really enjoyed this. Good background music for work or around the house probably. Will make me listen to more DJ Shadow in the future.
Not my speed, never was a Johnny Rotten fan
Kinda all over the place. Early prog. Was ok.
Hate U2
Solid early hip hop. Only knew one song, kinda raunchy, which I forgot he had the reputation for.
Solid late Bowie album, will listen to it again.
Enjoyed this. Didn't realize the one with champagne supernova was their sophomore effort, this is a really solid first album.
Ferrell's first project....which I think I remembered at some point 20 years ago. Not my flavor of riprock. 1 star.
Dug it! Good old school hip hop, very activist minded
Good album from my youth
Listened to this a LOT in Karl's company. There are some good songs but none that I put into regular rotation.
I keep forgetting that I actually enjoy this record. Even if Yes can become a little tiresome.
Maybe someone would like this. I don't think I'd ever listen to this "noise band" again. Wiki calls this their most accessible record. Woof.
Don't have to listen to this one, it's my favorite Beastie Boys record, and my first 5 star review.
Really liked this Bowie album, short but well composed. Had a solid 70s feel to it with the horn section.
Meh, didn't hate it. Didn't love it. Never was the biggest sonic youth fan.
There are some good songs on here, some that were a lil out there, her voice is an acquired taste that I've acquired.
Great record. Prime Clapton, and love Duane too. Can't believe this is the first time I listened to the whole thing in one go.
Meh, plenty of hits I recognize but REM has never been my fave.
No talent trash
I like this record
Not really my speed. Didn't know they were as old as they were, it's kinda post punk 80s sound new wave.
Excellent hip hop album. no notes
Great record
One hit, kinda ok 90s
