Kid A by Radiohead
Aug 13 2025

1. what a great synth sound. great opening track 3. fun groove. horns? yes please 4. floaty, nice bass line. 6. great hook, great song first half of the album was very good, falls a little more flat on the second half. overall very enjoyable listen

The Stranger by Billy Joel
Aug 15 2025

1. fun horn lick 2. pretty piano intro with a whistling solo, chef's kiss. great song, the outro wrapping the whole song up like that was a nice touch. 3. absolute classic, sax solo takes it to another level. every song needs a sax solo. phil woods, i see you.... 4. more sax? yes.....so many sections! his band is absolutely killer and its on display in this song. 5. showcase of billy's singing with minimal backing. he good. accordian solo? hell yeah! 6. another bj classic song. another great example that all good songs have a sax solo. more evidence that all songs need a sax solo. 7. another great song. great use of the mellotron, love to hear it... 8. the band is back! laa la laaa laa laa la laaa. great track placement on the album bringing the tempo up after the ballad. what a great album, so many great songs. i am very pleased with the amount of sax solos in this album. i love that the album outro is the theme from the title track, ties the whole album together as a singular piece.

With The Beatles by Beatles
Aug 18 2025

i did not enjoy that one bit. no sax solos too.

Nevermind by Nirvana
Aug 19 2025

nirvana is not really my thing, i enjoyed the first six tracks but the last half really lost me. too filthy. also zero sax solos, somone should tell kurt to add some sax to their next album.

Blood Sugar Sex Magik by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Aug 20 2025

3. great song, never heard this before. love to hear the mellotron(not a sax but it will do). really cool drumming as well. 11. a fuckin' song of all time, thank you rick rubin for pushing anthony to do this song. 16. "...some demons in my semen" 19. some people say i hate covers, some people are special. absolutley great jimmyesque playing. another actual album, each song flows into the next perfectly. keidis is corny as hell but sometimes he really delivers, the rest of the band are rock gods.

25 by Adele
Aug 21 2025

yeah adele can sing, but i really can't recall any song from that album except the first track because that was everywhere for a time. no memorable tunes, no sax solos, just a super generic creamy beige.

Post Orgasmic Chill by Skunk Anansie
Aug 22 2025

Powerful voice, love it. Interesting band, but not my cup of tea.

Californication by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Aug 25 2025

more melodic and mature than bssm, my favorite rhcp album. I’m a little peppered out though lol.

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Aug 26 2025

overall a decent album with only one stand out for me. most of the tracks were pretty generic but inoffensive.

Ragged Glory by Neil Young & Crazy Horse

not bad but not good at all

Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin

what a fantastic album, great crossroads of blues and rock. robert plant can suggestively moan at me any time.

Urban Hymns by The Verve
Sep 02 2025

apart from their iconic opening track the album as a whole was pretty middle of the road late 90s altrock. decent.

Walking Wounded by Everything But The Girl

Pleasant to listen to, won’t be putting any of those songs on again.

This Is Fats Domino by Fats Domino
Oct 06 2025

Sax solos are back baby! I hope you like the 12 bar blues because you're going to get a lot of it. Overall a fun listen and music history lesson. I wasn't expecting a pastiche of "jump, jive, and wail" on the last track, that was neat.

Ellington at Newport by Duke Ellington
