Worst than previous Bobby Dylan album, whined rather than sang
Fun but short album, only 8 songs followed by 4 longer remixes. Few bangers then rest background fillers
Not heavy metal
Dad rock with blues vibe
Good Time Bad Times - Great track
Dazed and Confused - Decent but too much moaning, gets awkward
Black Mountain Side - Only good for a piss break
Communication Breakdown - Best solo on album
Never have I played this album in full, never will again. Listened while at work and only made my day worse
Few songs to make white middle aged people act up on a dancefloor, other than that generic, underwhelming indie sounds with the poor choice of synth...
A true work of art, the sort of abstract artwork that looks like a shitstain in a toilet.
I doubt even Astrud enjoyed this album. Painful listen.
Only notable ref on Beach Samba wiki is that it appears on the 1001 album list, says it all really.
Seen to many Carlos Sainz thirst traps to truly enjoy smooth operator.
Rest of the album was great, good vocals, some funky baselines and everyone enjoys a sexy sax
There's a reason its the most sold album ever, back to back bangers.
Eddie Van Halens solo in Beat it is mind blowing.
Top tier 80's music.
Shame about the allegations.
Generally boring, few stand out songs but not going to listen again.
Good vocals and she's always had her own individual sound.
But not one of her best albums and seemed to drag on.
Sounds like you're listening through a wall
Other then that, average dad rock, couple of popular songs
Alright, but went on for too long
Dull, boring and soul destroying.
Would have prefered to sit in silence for 75 minutes.
I'm sure this slapped when it came out, but has since aged like milk
Chill lounge vibes
Jazz isn't my usual thing but I enjoyed this
Couple great songs but far too many instrumental or filler tracks on the album. Felt a little stale towards the end.
Better options if you wanted to listen to this genre.
Decent, solid rap album
Would have scored a 4 but too much random, unnecessary bullshit
Ziggy Stardust is a result of a mother who couldn't stay away from the paracetamol.
Not a huge Bowie fan, also not his best album.
Moonage Daydream and Starman goes hard.
Not amazing, funny Blackpool song
Crazy how one of the members disappeared
+1 for being welsh
Ogden's Nut tasted a bit fucking weird.
I'd rather listen to static, only enjoyable to those who have large red noses, ghostly pale and have size 24 feet
Year 9 music lesson, but the teacher pulls a sicky and everyone 'has a go'
A bit shit considering how good the other Miles Davis album was
Respect how good they sound live
You'd never pick this album out of a list and think "yes I want to listen to that"
It's a bit shit. Sort of background music you'd head in an early 2000's EA sports game - Snowboarding, Skate, Need for Speed etc
Beige dad rock. Sort of guys who look forward to experimental missionary sex.
What happened to U2... They were never amazing, but man they got boring.
Huge album, still relevant 40 years on
Named after a trip to a strip club :)
The gift... Can I send it back?
Awful album, not surprised I've never heard of them before.
Not for me, good voice but pretty boring
It was fine... Little bit boring but not offensive.
Album cover is the best bit
Another fairly boring album, in the background is fine
Good listen, I enjoyed this one! Interesting take on modern Soul and R&B.
Suite 2 was much better than Suite 3, but overall album slapped.
God I fucking hate Bob Dylan.
Unfortunately can never esacpe the harmonica solos.
Terrible artist, shit singer, awful lyricist and in general this man drains my will to live.
Not a bit of me, I get the idea behind it but meh
Good enough debut album, shame the band didn't do anything significant after.
Most songs are middle of the pack and nothing special, other than Take Me Out.
Grok users listen to this sort of trash
Generic Brit-Rock of the era, but nothing special and doesn't hit the same as The Beatles etc.
"The Byrds had initially come to international prominence in mid-1965, when their folk rock interpretation of Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tambourine Man" reached number 1 on both the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart and the UK Singles Chart."
This just shows how shit Bob Dylan is. The Byrds did what Bob and his deathly harmonica could never.
Other than that hilarious piece of trivia, a very 'meh' album that I probably won't listen to again. Did make me start to drift off towards the end.
+1 extra for showing Bob how to record a song. Fuck you Bob.
Born In The U.S.A. is actually the worst song on the album
Another poor psychedelic rock album, glad I didn't grow up in this era, probably would've been really dull and boring of a person.
Nice change from our rough patch of 1960s dull rock.
Soul is fun but not my everyday listen, it was fine
Better than Bob Dylan I guess
Great singer, but the album is not very good. Her other work is much better
Not a great band, unusual concept of only having 1 permanent member and touring with special guests.
Not his best... Weird choice of album to be on this list. But not a bad listen.
Think I get what he was trying to do, just didn't do it very well...
Local pub karaoke cooks harder. Pretty poor choice
Grok why is my brain mush?
Oh its because I listened to 75 minutes of shitty electronic music
Morrissey sucks dick, this album is not much better
It was okay, I listened... and don't really have too much to say about it. Not very memorable
I enjoyed the first 5 minutes, then it aged like milk
The Darkness are such a guilty pleasure for me, especially this album. Justin Hawkin is a sexy, camp, squealing man who makes this tongue in cheek band a really good listen. If you can't have a laugh with it and find it amusing you have the personality of a No. 2 Pencil.
Super fun, good riffs, great solos and the ridiculously high pitched singing. If you don't attempt the high notes you're a huge pussy.
Growing on Me, into I Believe in a Thing Called Love, then Love Is Only a Feeling is 11 and half minutes of fantastic British glam rock.
First album I bought myself, grew up on nu-metal and this started it all.
Love it, not a bad song on the album and Chester was an amazing frontman. RIP
I feel I should like it... Got some vibes about it. But it's a no from me
Good voice, but not for me
Good band, love a female lead singer in a rock band
Generic is the only word to describe it. Not bad or painfully boring like some other Britpop stuff, but I'm not rushing to put any of their songs on again.
Some Alabama trailer trash women have been impregnated by their cousins to this album. Its red, white and blue vomit in musical format.
Tough listen all the way through
I get it, its fun and flamboyant. But I do think others have done this style better. Some goods songs on the album but also some dead wood that you can not get past very easily.
Solid enough album. Some good vibes and was a fairly nice, easy listen. Bang average 3/5
It's meh, I wouldn't pay to see them live nor would I ever go out of my way to buy or put on an album of theirs.
But nothing offensively shit and some of the solos, riffs etc were actually pretty good.
The only time Reggae is acceptable is at a pool bar, played quietly. Other than that its shit music. Slow, repetitive and most of the time the lyrics don't even make sense.
It's not cool you smoke weed, it smells like stank-ass and you look like a bellend, maybe you should find something in life you enjoy instead of having to use drugs???
Rather than making love how about you make a decent fucking song???
Fuck off Bob
Yeah it's a 5/5
Ozzy certainly earned the title of Price of Darkness. Iconic look, creator of heavy metal. A worthy member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Probably did too many drugs but he lived a full and long life. Despite his health conditions the legend even put on a Back to the Begining event only 17 days before he passed away...
Paranoid is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential heavy metal albums of all time, often cited as a key influence for the development of the genre, as well as one of its earliest albums. It was ranked number one on Rolling Stone's list of the "100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time".
Easily my favourite artist and was really sad when he passed away.
Great guitarist, singing would be better with a Lemsip. Interesting mix of genres but a nice change
Really good background music, not that impressive if you stop and listen to the album as a whole
Not bad by any means, but other bands have just done it better and they are pretty forgettable. Album started to fall off towards the end
Lazy, slow and boring. Yet I kinda fucked with it.
Into slapped, and the rest of the album had the same laid back, relaxed feel and was overall a very chilled vibe.
Belter of an album, great band. One of the albums growing up that really got me into metal. Love it!
Why would anyone chose to listen to this...
Under the influence of drugs??
Underground goth techo rave??
Brain has turned to mush??
Diet of Mountain Dew and Cheetos??
Grok is their main news feed??
Background music to a Rocket League montage with 14 views??
Trying to be edgy and ragebait people with your music views??
If you enjoy this, you need to sort your life out.
Dodging the predator register like Trumps dodging the Epstein files....
Not a huge Beatles fan, decent enough
Rock opera is a really cool idea and this album seemed to start artists dipping their toes in it. The story telling is done well and easy to follow trough the album.
But The Who are a bit rubbish and boring, don't excite me enough to want to listen to more of their stuff.
