Felt apropos of my recent trip to New Orleans. A few songs I enjoyed but I felt like I wasn't really connecting with the lyrics. At an album a day I may not be sufficiently digesting this. Might revisit once I get in the swing of it.

Expected to like this more than I did

I don't think I've ever listened to this album in full, or really listened to B.I.G. albums straight through. More just as one of songs. Listening to it as an intentional album feels like it helped me get a lot more into the vibe of it and feel more connected with it. That or this is just B.i.G.'s best album and it was a total sleeper. The "sex scenes" really detract from the experience though. Like bruh....

Solid album, ABBA is catchy as hell. Few meh songs but above average

I feel this genre doesn't really do it for me... Jungle, drum and bass but some tracks still hit. So it's good for a genre I'm not that into.

Decent disco, definitely not my favorite but a few solid songs makes this above average

Some classics, I think she has a great voice with good beat work. Some of the narrative aspects of the album detracted from the listenability of the album for me.

Some solid songs, I didn't like the folky one about loving each other but was surprised by some others in a positive way. Then of course seven nation army is dope. May have heard it too much though.

Was pretty surprised by this one, I like psychedelic rock. This was one my dad always tried to get me to like and I didn't like it much but this listen I got a bit more into it. Maybe just the right headspace. The end was a solid track, I like the pipe organ

Liked it better on the 2nd play through, think harry rag is my favorite song. Jake's comment about "beatles at home" still very amusing, but I enjoy the album more if I can avoid comparing them with the beatles directly.

Mehhhh... No songs really stood out here. I recall liking the dandy warhols when I was younger but this album just felt... Fine.

Nostalgia, probably best album from the offspring. Remember riding the bus listening to a burned copy of this 😂
