Well written verses, funky beats and the meaning behind the words. Definitely a top 5 mention.

Overall rating by me: 7/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Red Rain", ,,Sledgehammer" Notes: A mix of fast and slow-paced songs. Personally, I learn toward the ones that give me an energy rush - it's the ones I have added to the playlist.

I'm Very You", ,,Groove Is in the Heart" Notes: Absolutely love the whimsy and quirky vibe of this album. Had it not been for the just-instrumental songs I would've given it a higher note, since I like my songs with at least some words in them.

Overall rating by me: 7/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Pedestal", ,,Biscuit", ,,Glory Box" Notes: Very classy, very rich but also insanely sensual. It's absolutely giving me the vibe of the music that plays at the dark-lit bar, in the nook of an alleyway. Also, ,,Glory Box" is the ultimate song I reach for when I want to feel powerful, therefore I'm glad I finally had a push to listen to the whole album.

Overall rating by me 5/10 Notes: As much as I love all kinds of jazz and alike, this one was a disappointment for me. Genuinely, had it not been for the random hitch pitch trumpet notes during the songs, easily every song would've been on the playlist. Otherwise - they would simply just put me out of focus every single time I worked on something while listening, so it's sadly a hard skip for me.

Definitely will play the whole album on a road trip one day.

Fenomenal voice and a classy tune. If I ever make a jazz playlist, the whole album surely will be there.

Overall rating by me: 6/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Highly Evolved", ,,Outtathaway" Notes: Nice sound and original vocals. Although it was created around 20 years ago, the vibe is as if it's meant to sound like something from decades back. I'm not big into indie rock though.

Absolutely love anything that Scissor Sisters bring to the table. So peculiar yet fun.

Overall rating by me: 3/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Ballad of the Thin Man" Notes: I don't really know the cause, but I just can't listen to Bob Dylan's songs. Can't quite put my finger on it but there's something lacking in his country repertoire.

Overall rating by me: 5/10 Notes: Even though I hadn't really clicked with any of the songs enough to add them to my playlist, I do think that I will listen to this album at least a couple times more in the far future.

(Pretty Young Thing)” Notes: I never have a bad thing to say about MJ’s music. The flow, the beat and raw vocals? Fenomenal. There is no other musician and performer like him and possibly never will be. Therefore it goes without saying that he gets the highest note from me here.

Overall rating by me: 7/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,The Boomin’ System”, ,,Around The Way Girl”, ,,Mr. Good Bar”, ,,Illegal Search” Notes: Hip-hop that’s very fun to listen to. Love how you can pinpoint exactly from what timeframe it’s from - the funky beats and flowy rap make you actually want to move and jam to the music.

Overall rating by me: 6/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Right In Time” Notes: Very toned-down and melancholic - even the songs that are more rhythmic in this album are on the slower side. Soft vocals and country sound really put this all together.

Overall rating by me: 6/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Crosstown Traffic”, ,,All Along the Watchtower” Notes: Nice sound and a cool vibe but it lacks something special, that wow factor - at least for me. Finally though I had the opportunity to get to know JH’s music so that’s definitely a plus.

Needed this kind of in my life, I’m so serious - finally have some music to act mysterious to.

Overall rating by me: 7/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Stay”, ,,Parade (A Banda)”, ,,I Had The Craziest Dream” Notes: It’s a really good album. A day at the beach or the amusement park? Perfect. Very light, cozy yet warm - it’s as if you can feel the rays of sunshine coming through the melody.

Overall rating by me: 8/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Beauty and the Beast”, ,,Joe the Lion”, ,,V-2 Schneider” Notes: Bowie’s genius truly does transcend above and beyond. Normal songs, as well as the pure instrumentals in this album are fantastic - very lively and fun; so much so that you can actually feel his soul in his music.

Overall rating by me: 6/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,B-Boys Makin' With The Freak Freak", ,,The Update" Notes: The most punk of punk albums you could ever hear. I deducted point only because there were too many intros for my liking but overall I would listen to it again.

At first I didn’t realise, but I finally found the name of the song I’ve been searching for the longest time - so glad it’s finally in my playlist.

Overall rating by me: 6/10 Songs added to the playlist: ,,Vixen", ,,Rollin' Dany", ,,Cruiser's Creek" Notes: Very smooth rock but joyful. Liked the vibe, but sadly many of the songs didn't really fit my taste.
