In Utero by Nirvana
Jan 08 2026

This album blew my mind

Superunknown by Soundgarden
Jan 09 2026

Killer vocals, great riffs, overall fantastic album that encapsulates the grunge era perfectly. RIP Chris Cornell

Stephen Stills by Stephen Stills
Jan 11 2026

pretty mid, not a fan of this genre. wouldn't listen again.

Freak Out! by The Mothers Of Invention
Jan 12 2026

Very freaky, indeed. Lots of radio-friendly songs, too. One of a kind album.

3 + 3 by The Isley Brothers
Jan 13 2026

Great listen. Every song sounds unique and polished. Love the guitar work, backing vocals and the organs in the background.

Jan 15 2026

I’d give it 4.5 stars, because ā€žMoonchildā€ goes on for WAAAY too long. Apart from this, a perfect album.

Hot Rats by Frank Zappa
Jan 16 2026

A show of musicianship on all accounts. Peaches En Regalia is a masterpiece.

Jan 17 2026

A monster of a voice on this guy. He knows how to entertain a crowd. A rather pleasant listen.

Go Girl Crazy by The Dictators
Jan 21 2026

A beast of a punk album.

Trout Mask Replica by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band
Jan 26 2026

I guess you could call that an album. It was surprisingly more listenable than I had anticipated. I'm not into any form of avant-garde but this piece had its moments. Also, I really dig the cover art.

Heaven Or Las Vegas by Cocteau Twins
Jan 27 2026

Gets a little stale near the end, but overall great album. Beautiful melodies and dreamy atmosphere.

Scum by Napalm Death
Jan 29 2026

It’s as if a monkey and a rottweiler high on meth made a band.

Birth Of The Cool by Miles Davis
Jan 30 2026

Solid jazz album. Not the biggest fan of the genre, but it was a pleasant listen.

Highway to Hell by AC/DC
Jan 31 2026

One song in different flavors. But all the flavors are decent. Just some good ol’ fashioned rock n’ roll.

Queen II by Queen
Feb 03 2026

Probably the best Queen album. Full of fairytale magic and interesting compositions.

Lost Souls by Doves
Feb 04 2026

Bland and uninteresting. The singer sounds as if he’s trying not to fall asleep. The songs are too long and don’t really go anywhere. It has its moments but overall it’s just elevator music.

Broken English by Marianne Faithfull
Feb 05 2026

Very good instrumental section. Marianne’s vocals are what I’d call an acquired taste. She basically sounds like an old lady. But the album is pretty solid.

Fear Of Music by Talking Heads
Feb 07 2026

The schizo rant about animals was pretty funny. The rest, pretty forgettable. Not a fan of Byrne’s singing.

Gorillaz by Gorillaz
Feb 08 2026

A peculiar album. It’s so quirky and weird, yet every song sounds unique and flows along with the others. Damon Albarn is truly a genius.

Justified by Justin Timberlake
Feb 09 2026

Generic, radio friendly pop music.

Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park
Feb 11 2026

A genre-defining classic. I’d give it 4.5 because I think Meteora is better. But even if you consider the lyrics corny, or the overall theme of the album, it’s still instrumentally sound. And Chester’s vocals are top of the line.

Fever To Tell by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Feb 12 2026

It's loud, it's catchy, it's weird, it's controversial. I enjoyed it very much.

Electric by The Cult
Feb 13 2026

Generic hard rock

Fragile by Yes
Feb 14 2026

Phenomenal bass work from Chris Squire. An overall solid prog-rock album. The highlights being Roundabout - obviously - and South Side of The Sky. I also really like the cover of America on the deluxe version.

The College Dropout by Kanye West
Feb 16 2026

Don’t listen to hip-hop much, but this one was a great experience. Superb beats, production, lyrics, everything.

1977 by Ash
Feb 18 2026

Full of distortion and melodic choruses. Just the way I like it.

Feb 21 2026

You either love it or you hate it. I’m neither of those - I don’t really care. I suppose it’s fun to blast it out of your car - it’s loud, it’s vulgar, it’s honest to the bone.

Autobahn by Kraftwerk
Feb 22 2026

I listened to it a couple of times in the past. Always enjoyed the title track. The rest is pretty meh, maybe apart from the closing song. It's cool to witness how much electronic music has evolved, but I don't think Autobahn stood the test of time.

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Feb 23 2026
Thriller by Michael Jackson
Mar 03 2026

Perfect album, HEE-HEE/10

KE*A*H** (Psalm 69) by Ministry
Mar 04 2026

Started off strong; got repetitive pretty quickly. As a thrash metal fan, I was left disappointed. The edgy Bible references didn’t help either.
