Hotel California by Eagles
Mar 10 2026

It was OK. Interlude was one of the best moments of the album. 57/100

We Are Family by Sister Sledge
Mar 11 2026

Can’t go wrong with Nile Rodgers and this era of disco. Exactly my vibe. We are family is probably the worst song and that’s saying something

Station To Station by David Bowie
Mar 12 2026

Ok I know it’s occult or wtv but I happened to have listened to this a few days before and musically it’s super expansive and immersive while being still easily accessible and catchy. That being said I won’t be listening to this again 😭

Neon Bible by Arcade Fire
Mar 15 2026

No cars go is one of my favourite songs ever

Ananda Shankar by Ananda Shankar
Mar 16 2026

Someone could probably make something fire sampling this record but I don’t see any situation I’d ever go back and listen to it myself

A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
Mar 17 2026

I don’t know what more you could ask of a jazz album. Makes me wanna be a better drummer

Fever Ray by Fever Ray
Mar 18 2026

I could smell the body odour through the earbuds

Machine Gun Etiquette by The Damned
Mar 19 2026

Extremely solid punk album, could see myself returning to it and finding more things to enjoy about it on every listen

Swordfishtrombones by Tom Waits
Mar 20 2026

Definitely an acquired taste, not sure if it’s for me. It flip flops between some beautiful little tunes to some jarring ideas that don’t feel fully fleshed out IMO.

Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd
Mar 21 2026

If anyone gives this anything other than a 5 they better have a valid reason

Headquarters by The Monkees
Mar 22 2026

Can definitely see the influence this has had on jangle pop and modern indie music. I like how weird they got at times. Solid stuff EDIT: I AM EASILY INFLUENCED AND I THINK I DIDNT LISTEN TO THIS ALBUM CLOSELY ENOUGH TO REALIZE ITS REALLY NOTHING THAT SPECIAL

Run-D.M.C. by Run-D.M.C.
Mar 23 2026

I’m not sure I can take any more of the back and forth vocals Ya I’m sure this album had to exist for hip hop to be where it is today but damn it does not hold up . It’s good for like 1 song, I did not need the same thing 9 times

Disintegration by The Cure
Mar 24 2026

Perfect album. The Cure goated

Protection by Massive Attack
Mar 26 2026

Love this. best moments were the instrumentals for me. Some of the guest vocalists fell a little flat for me but the music behind vocals on those songs remained fantastic

Vespertine by Björk
Mar 27 2026

It’s not up to you , Harm of will, Unison are good songs. No doubt she has an amazing voice especially when belting. The instrumentals are great too. Her delivery does come off as a biiit pretentious and overly artsy sounding at times. Just not sure I’m at a very Bjork time of my life. Perhaps down the line I’ll revisit this and it’ll hit me even more.

Halcyon Digest by Deerhunter
Mar 30 2026

A lot of the songs feel like they build up with no real payoff, and the music can kind of blend into the background occasionally, especially with the vocals often being very buried in the mix. I did listen to this a couple of times and it did start to grow on me with the second listen though. The second half of the LP definitely has a lot more life to it

Apr 02 2026

There’s some all time goat tracks on here but also some more forgettable ones. The highs are extremely high tho

Apr 04 2026

I didn’t have time to listen to this yesterday but I had listened to it a couple months ago and i guess this feels like a good score for it

Booooooooring as heck. Cool that Rod Stewart was in this band but damn there’s gotta be a million albums from the same era that sound exactly like this.

Nebraska by Bruce Springsteen
Apr 10 2026

This might be the best « dude and his guitar » album ever made

Rio by Duran Duran
Apr 14 2026

This is good 80s music but i honestly only made it 3/4 of the way through and got so bored i had to listen to something else. A lot of these songs follow a similar structure and it gets repetitive and old quite fast

Californication by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Apr 15 2026

Ding dang dong dong ding dang dong dong ding dang

Are You Experienced by Jimi Hendrix
Apr 22 2026

Even though much of this album sounds pretty same-y, there is no denying the talent. Quite pleasing to my ears as an album.

Blood, Sweat & Tears by Blood, Sweat & Tears
Apr 23 2026

Quite cheesy at times but also had some great peaks and the drumming was rly good

Hot Shots II by The Beta Band
Apr 29 2026

I will never be listening to this again

Savane by Ali Farka Touré
Apr 30 2026

I appreciate this quite a bit. Musically it’s great. Just giving it a 3 cause I don’t see myself bumpin this on the regular.

Aladdin Sane by David Bowie
May 02 2026

Not my favourite Bowie album but an extremely solid listen nonetheless. He definitely needed albums like this to perfect his style later on

Play by Moby
May 03 2026

I like Moby but not sure I like him for more than like 5 songs in a row. I do feel like the tv show montage vibe of his music loses its novelty after a little bit. All things considered this is still a solid album

OK by Talvin Singh
May 04 2026

I listened to this while making hummus and it was kind of a vibe, but then it continued for another hour. A bit too much Indian weirdo stuff for me

Like A Prayer by Madonna
May 07 2026

Fun pop album what can I say

Femi Kuti by Femi Kuti
May 08 2026

I appreciate it but only for a couple songs. It drags on for a casual listen

Real Life by Magazine
May 11 2026

Circus punk

Crime Of The Century by Supertramp
May 12 2026

I freakin love this album. I feel like it’s the blueprint of what the album experience should be. Perfect pacing and doesn’t overstay its welcome. 1000000/10

Dear Science by TV On The Radio
May 15 2026

Very good thank you

Frank by Amy Winehouse
May 16 2026

Great showcase of her awesome voice. Would definitely go back to this

Close To You by Carpenters
May 20 2026

Timeless classic Wonderful voice from ms carpenter and creative drumming

Treasure by Cocteau Twins
May 22 2026

I really wanted to like this but I honestly got a little irritated by it and wanted it to be over. Disappointed cause I like some of the Cocteau songs

Thriller by Michael Jackson
May 26 2026
Ace of Spades by Motörhead
May 29 2026

Can’t give this higher than a 2 after hearing jailbait

Tres Hombres by ZZ Top
May 30 2026

There was nothing wrong with this album but there also wasn’t anything super right with it

Lust For Life by Iggy Pop
Jun 06 2026

I don’t think sixteen is about that Rachel but I could be wrong

Jun 07 2026

The benchmark ambient album. It’s perfect. I’ve spent many hours listening to this while studying

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet
Jun 09 2026

My go to jazz album

Dusty In Memphis by Dusty Springfield
Jun 10 2026

I enjoyed this so much more than I was expecting. The windmills of your mind is a song I will be going back to for sure

At Fillmore East by The Allman Brothers Band
Jun 12 2026

I made it like two songs in and technically speaking it’s really good I was just really not in the headspace for over an hour of this

Stankonia by OutKast
Jun 13 2026

Can’t listen to this much in clean conscience but definitely one of the best rap albums ever

Bossanova by Pixies
Jun 16 2026

I forgot some of these songs existed, truly some bangers on here. Pixies will always deliver

Kollaps by Einstürzende Neubauten
Jun 17 2026

Call me crazy but I actually enjoyed this. only reason it’s not a 4 is cause it’s not likely I’ll be listening to it super often I mess with the eeriness

Cross by Justice
Jun 18 2026

You already know

The Rising by Bruce Springsteen
Jun 19 2026

Wasn’t expecting to enjoy this but dang it’s actually pretty good. If this was a killers album it’d be one of their best

Blackstar by David Bowie
Jun 23 2026

Devastating and beautiful album

Eternally Yours by The Saints
Jul 01 2026

All these old punk albums start to sound the same after a while, this one especially doesn’t do anything special enough to warrant being on this list in my opinion

Pink Moon by Nick Drake
Jul 02 2026

Sure the quality of the music is a 5 I guess but rating this a 3 based off my personal enjoyment and how much I think I’d go back to this. I feel like this is just praised by most people cause everyone else says it’s good, but if it were released today nobody would bat an eye

Risque by CHIC
Jul 03 2026

Nile Rodgers always gets me going
