Living ColourI listened to the heck out of this album in the 90s. It still rocks, if it's just a bit dated. Great guitar and bass playing. Very high energy, hard rock with some other stylistic elements. All very good!

So good! Ritchie Blackmore and John Lord absolutely burning it up on some of my favorite Deep Purple tracks done live with a ton of energy.
Hate everything about it.
Funky and feel-good music with amazing grooves. Definitely a product of 1969. Features a few of their big hits.
Rockin' high energy Motorhead! I enjoy how Lemmy tells you the name of each song. Also, lots of additions to my workout playlist.
Very typical Neil Young, lots of mellow strummed acoustic tunes with Neil singing, some electric songs. Classic live versions of Hey Hey My My and the reverse bookend the tracks.
More cool guitar work than I remember. Very cool 90s moods. Heavy, drop-tuned riffage. Black Hole Sun, Spoonman, and other SG hits on this one.
Very electronic. Interesting stereo effects, particularly good for headphone listening. Some tasteful and experimental use of dissonance. Not my typical music, but nice enough for a change of pace.
Doesn't do much for me. Basically pleasant, but not that interesting. Some modern, poppy beats and elements. Seems highly produced.
Cool African sound. Some interesting longer tracks with long instrumental sections. Grooves are unusual but very cool. Instrumentation and production has a bit of a 90s sound, but the music is compelling enough for it to hold up anyway. It has a bit of jazzy vibe. Lyrics are a little corny.
Very 90s, very indie. Not what I would call "singing." Lots of attitude, noisy guitars.
Soulful, funky grooves and sultry singing. Some instrumental tunes, with borders on cool/smooth jazz.
The "Beano" album... just AWESOME! Clapton at height of his powers. Raw blues and rock, great guitar tones and playing.
Catchy/poppy alt rock with a 90s sound. Some decent guitar moments and riffs. None of it is life changing great, but overall it's pretty cool. Some electronic sounds too.
Very noisy and discordant for the most part.
Very interesting, hard to classify. It's got some rock, some bluegrass/country, some 80s sounds, a little jazzy, etc. Good tunes with a little more depth.

Cool, soulful, funky. A lot of instrumental stuff. Clearly designed to be a soundtrack to a variety of moods and scenes.
Musically decent, within the genre. I really hate the yelling style of singing though.
Creative and a little bit out there. Not really to my taste.

Interesting musically and structurally. Some cool instrumentation. A little jazzy, but rock.
Some great DS hits on this one like Money for Nothing, Walk of Life, and So Far Away. Knofler just killing it everywhere. A few more mellow/clean tunes too.
Absolutely rocks - great guitar playing and tone. All the good parts of CSNY, but much cooler. Bluesy rock.
An interesting mix of electronic, rock, pop, orchestral, etc. Creative structures. Experimental without being dissonant. Just not for me.
Very creative take on classic rock / new wave sounds, with some jazzy elements, some punk, some reggae sounds, etc. Andy's tone is always on point.
Alternative / punkish, with a strong bass sound and a fair amount of acoustic guitar. Some discordance here and there. Singing is an acquired taste but in line for the style. Not my favorite overall.
alt/punk rock, cool riffs (no solos really), not horrible vocals. The sound is cool, though, and there are a few I know on there.
Stones when they are past their pop phase, getting some great rock & roll, country, and blues grooves. Absolute classic!
Punkish rock, nice crunchy guitars, some dissonance and interesting arrangements. A little depressing and angry.
Weird, early electronic / noise music. The fun fun fun of the autobahn... Creative, but does not move me at all.
Somewhere between folk and softer rock. She has a great voice. Oddly bass-heavy mix. Reminds me of Christian contemporary music (with some Christian imagery in the lyrics too).
Mostly a dude with a comically heavy English accent playing guitar and yammer-singing with, maybe, some political message I don't care to hear.
Beautiful, clean, classic Knopfler playing. Songs grove. Some great, classic DS tunes including Sultans.
Reminds me of David Bowie, with a little more guitar/rock edge. Definitely a 70's sound. Some good electric and acoustic playing.

Punky and bluesy, some decent beats. Singing is punk, not my favorite. Not awful, overall.
Hate everything about it.
Glam rock, some cool riffs and songs. More heavily produced sound than I really like, but it's decent.
Rockin' high energy Motorhead! I enjoy how Lemmy tells you the name of each song. Also, lots of additions to my workout playlist.
Screaming not singing, too heavy.
sounds like 90s soul... not my cup of tea but a lot better than modern hip hop.
Angry, discordant punk/experimental. Not really something I enjoy.
Weird electronic music. Not into it.
Something between 90s rock, punkish, glam rock / Bowie, experimental (but not too out there). Some orchestral sounds in there. Decent guitar playing. Interesting overall.
