Led Zeppelin III by Led Zeppelin
Jan 17 2024

Overall a pretty good album. Nothing incredibly standoutish, but would be a good album to throw on in the background while cooking or something. Immigrant song is obviously the standout, but I quite enjoyed since i've been loving you and tangerine as well.

1984 by Van Halen
Jan 18 2024

A stretch to say you need to listen to this album before you die, but this has some pretty classic riffs and you can never go wrong with EVH on the guitar.

War by U2
Jan 19 2024

This is the first U2 album I've ever listened to in full. Pretty solid overall, a couple standout songs with some pretty easy listening tunes in between. The sax on red light is clean. I'll listen to that free album that U2 put on everyone's iPhones one day.

Grace by Jeff Buckley
Jan 22 2024

Not really my kind of music but there's no denying that Jeff Buckley has a beautiful voice. His rendition of hallelujah is an all time classic.

Wonderful Rainbow by Lightning Bolt
Jan 24 2024

absolute cheeks. TIL that noise rock is not my thing. still listened to the whole thing though đŸ’Ș

Stand! by Sly & The Family Stone
Jan 25 2024

funky, groovy, all around good vibes

Aftermath by The Rolling Stones
Jan 26 2024

I was never much of a rolling stones guy, but this is pretty good. Paint it black is an all timer. lots of other easy listening tunes on the album as well

Beautiful Freak by Eels
Jan 30 2024

some nice jams on this record. overall a solid rock album

Nebraska by Bruce Springsteen
Jan 31 2024

half listened to this at best but it sounded decent. maybe I'll enjoy springsteen more when I go through my first mid life crisis

1977 by Ash
Feb 01 2024

good stuff albeit i'll probably never listen to this again

Music From Big Pink by The Band
Feb 06 2024

Out of all the possible band names these guys could’ve picked I have no idea how they settled on just “the band”. Great album though

KIWANUKA by Michael Kiwanuka
Feb 07 2024

Fantastic, emotional, soulful album

Lust For Life by Iggy Pop
Feb 09 2024

didnt finish but of the songs I listened too this was alright at best

Seventeen Seconds by The Cure
Feb 13 2024

Only listened to the first two songs but they sounded alright. Will listen to the whole album at a later date

Duck Stab/Buster & Glen by The Residents
Feb 15 2024

ass surely there were 100s of other albums that could've been placed on the list ahead of this one either that or I'm just too dumb to understand avant-garde and experimental music

Feb 16 2024

sick riffs and all around just solid rock and roll. Its Queen, what's not to love

Feb 19 2024

I've never been much into "beat" style music, but I thoroughly enjoyed this record. A bumpin' album overall

Pretzel Logic by Steely Dan
Feb 20 2024

average steely dan chad

Psychocandy by The Jesus And Mary Chain
Feb 21 2024

Not my kind of music but I can see the appeal

Call of the Valley by Shivkumar Sharma
Feb 22 2024

very atmospheric and quite enjoyable honestly. would be a good album to throw on in the background if I was still in school and studying for something.

Darklands by The Jesus And Mary Chain
Feb 23 2024

Two Jesus and Mary Chain albums in one week, what are the odds. That said, I enjoyed this far more than Psychocandy. The album felt a lot tighter and I liked a fair number of the songs. Lots of groovy riffs and catchy hooks throughout.

Hard Again by Muddy Waters
Feb 26 2024

Blues blues blues

Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones
Feb 27 2024

Its the stones. Its gonna be good. This is the second stones album ive listened to on this list and while good, I think I enjoyed let it bleed more as an album overall. That said, gimme shelter has to be one of the greatest songs of all time and for that alone its gotta be 4 stars.
