Music Has The Right To Children
Boards of CanadaOtherworldy. The album cover perfectly encapsulates the unsettling paranoia that a lot of the tracklist evokes. Loved it. Best song: Turquoise Hexagon Sun / Happy Cycling Worst song: Rue the Whirl

Some great classics that are always fun, but also a few skips. Good overall.
Perfectly listenable, but not something I will personally listen to.
Likable and charming, some real classics I might keep listening to.
Great overall.
Ehhh, huh. Hated this. The guy voice is awful and none of the songs have anything interesting going on. Kinda skipped my way through it.
Din like it. Not god-awful or anything, but even with it being pretty experimental, I did not really find it interesting at all. Some songs were straight unlistenable tho.
So much energy bursting from this. Disc 2 is mostly repeats and I didnt really care for Lucille, but I otherwise thought it was great. What a classic rock album should feel like.
Not really that into the reggae sound, but this was enjoyable enough. Consistent quality.
Why? Why again? :( Best song: Shabby Doll Worst song: Town Cryer
I like the 80s neon aesthetic, and it is fun with the grimy street youth feeling. Still feels a little too safe and similar sounding, and a lot of the songs are totally uninteresting. Thought it was fine, but not good enough to give 3 stars, probably. Best song: Tainted Love Worst song: What? Best title: Sex Dwarf
Pretty good. Doesnt reach the hights of some of the classic beatles albums, but works well as something additional to listen to once in a while. Best song: imagine / jealous guy Worst song: Its so hard
Pretty enjoyable, definitly a vibe. Its difficult to find something more 80s than this. Best song: Rio Worst song: My own way
Geee, why am I still here? Just to suffer? Best song: No Dancing Worst song: (The Angels Wanna Wear My) Red Shoes
What your grandma listens to. Also, a surprising number of the songs are about killing his wife. Best song: What I Don't Know Worst song: One More Name
Pretty entertaining and goes down easy. Mmm Best song: Don't Look Back in Anger Worst song: Champagne Supernova
Like the acidy, laid back feeling of a number of the song, but it's nothing exiting. Passes by easily, but stays passed by. Best song: L'America Worst Song: The Changeling
Didn't like this as much as i thought i maybe would. Sonically, everything feels in place and the album floats by like one long experience as any good albums should, but nothing really sticks. None of these songs are songs I will think of for long. Best song: Station to Statio Worst song: TVC15
Not really the type of rap I usually listen to, but a good chunk of it is pretty enjoyable. I did find a few of the tracks to be pure earrape, however. Best song: Lil' Ghetto Boy / Nuthin' But a "G" Thang Worst song: The Chronic (Intro) / High Powered
Again, did not feel much for this. Definitly more good than bad and I might have been a little harsh on the last record, although I think my last assertion about standout tracks rings true here as well. Best song: What in the World Worst song: Warszawa
Pretty enjoyable. Fairly surprising that this album does not have more listens on spotify. The quality is consistent throughout and the instrumental work is impressive. Best song: Riddle of the Eighties Worst song: Liberty For Our Friends
Likeable enough, but it has nothing that bursts through the wholeness of the album and grabs you by the throat. I simply find myself longing for something more. Best song: Village Green Worst song: Starstruck
Pretty damn good. It's only some of the slower songs I find issue with, and I think the album ends on the worst possible note with a song I really don't like, but other than that I found a lot to enjoy. Best song: Seven Nation Army Worst song: It's True That We Love One Another
Otherworldy. The album cover perfectly encapsulates the unsettling paranoia that a lot of the tracklist evokes. Loved it. Best song: Turquoise Hexagon Sun / Happy Cycling Worst song: Rue the Whirl
Some somewhat likeable songs intermingled with some of truly unlistenable garbage. Have to admit that I only like genius of love because of Sunny. Best song: Genius of Love Worst song: Atsababy! (Life is Great)
It's not bad per say, but it is also not something i am going to listen to again. I appreciate the sound, but theres not much to gain outside of that. Best Song: Cobra Bora Worst Song: 808080808
Really good overall, the quality never really falls off. Impressive instrumental work with an inspired vocal performance that really seals the package. Complete. Best song: Purple Haze Worst song: Can You See Me
Starts off really poorly, but gains much from the smooth instrumentals. Love how muted the drums sound and its really fun when the pianist takes off, but I didn't really like the lead vocalist. Best Song: Ride the Wind Worst Song: Smug
Fantastic riffs, sweaty and smelly. Chef's kiss. Best Song: Good Grief Worst song: X-Static
Really theathrical, and, as such, right up my alley. Theres so much emotion and energy in just the lead vocalists voice, that it in itself pulls you into the experience. Best Song: Mis-Shapes Worst Song: Sorted For E's & Wizz
David Byrne has such a unique and defining voice. The music is mostly smooth and controlled while mixing in a lot of noises you dont hear often elsewhere, and Byrnes voice sails over it and makes it his own. Damn good. Best Song: The Great Curve Worst Song: Seen And Not Seen
Love the energy and the constantly distorted guitar. The four last song are rather weak though imo, and ends the album on a low point when the energy could have been better spread out. Still damn good. Best Song: Mansize Rooster / Sitting Up Straight Worst Song: We're Not Supposed To
I've kind of always liked Common, but I've also never really listened to him. His rhymes are very deliberate, at times this can be cool, but it can also get sort of boring. Still liked this album, but I'm not going to put that many of these songs on a playlist. Best Song: Chi-City Worst Song: Love is...
Very likeable, and when it is good, it is really damn good. Just the sort of sound you would expect from a band with "electric" and "orchestra" in the name. Theres a bit of queen and a hint of ABBA. I think some of the more old school rock and roll tunes and some of the more dancy tracks fall a bit flat, however. Best Song: Mr. Blue Sky / Turn to Stone Worst Song: Across the Border
Really not my thing at all. Every word is spat out rather painfully. It doesn't sound as much like the vocal control you normally hear in metal (I dont listen to metal much...), as it does someone with a bad cough going onto stage anyways. They are probably skilled on their instruments, but everything sounds the same, and when I skimmed through the album before writing this, I had a very hard time finding anything to like at all. Best Song: No More Worst Song: TV Party
Very well made. The production is top notch and the lead vocalist has very impressive vocal control, but its almost a little too clean. Best Song: Holiday / Boulevard of Broken Dreams Worst Song: Whatsername
A alluring musical experience that takes you through blended genres masterfully. Best Song: Sly Worst Song: Watermelon Man
Incredibly likeable. Also includes the best version of All Along the Watchtower, dont @ me. Best Song: All Along the Watchtower Worst Song: House Burning Down
S'a pretty cool album all in all, but I feel like it could have given a little more. Best Song: Since I've Been Loving You Worst Song: Hats Off To (Roy) Harper
Impressively built and shows a rich and varied soundscape. Some of the songs are a bit much. Best Song: Two Hearts in 3/4 Time Worst Song: Flight Tonight
Less music and more just experimental noise. Appreciate it for what it is, even though I did not care for it much myself. Best Song: Regiment Worst Song: Very Very Hungry
Was hoping for more of the guilty pleasure appeal here, but most of it is very samey and rather whiny. Best Song: In The End Worst Song: Crawling
Not my cup of tea. For a band called New York Dolls, this sure oozes british slop. Best Song: Personality Crisis Worst Song: Lonely Planet Boy
Really enjoyable soul record. Stays consistent, but is lacking the extra oomph. Best Song: One More Time Worst Song: Somebody Loves Me
