3 Years, 5 Months And 2 Days In The Life Of...
Arrested DevelopmentI thought it was an interesting listen as an opposition to the classic gangster rap album. I liked it but didn't love it.

A few highlights. Loved that the album was experimental and didn't play it safe, but many tracks felt a bit forgettable or just blended in. Some of their later work felt more mature and fleshed out
Mostly forgettable. I could see the origins of some really great work with the Gorillaz later. Nothing I really disliked, but nothing exciting after Song 2.
Repetitive and boring throughout. Not much to say, but I would have rather not listened to it. Not really sure why it's on this list.
Started off strong and then got less and less noteworthy over time
Felt pretentious and devoid of emotion. She can sing, I just wish it wasn't so annoying when she did. Song structure seemed unimaginative but I guess that was all they could afford back then.
This was fun to listen to. They really delivered some great tracks, and the staples are absolute titans of music. I enjoyed listening throughout even if I felt like they could have done a bit more to add some variety.
It was just little riffs for 45 minutes. Kinda like elevator folk music.
Not necessarily my favorite genre but a really great album. Lots of variety and I enjoyed the continuous mix. I think this has had a lot of influence on hip hop and I've heard it sampled before without knowing. There were parts that got a little too show tune for me if that's the right word, but I can forgive that. The worst aged part was the classic 2010 era rap features that add nothing but checking the box for a rap. Would have been better without them.
This album answered the age old question of "what if yung gravy was a pretentious theater kid?". Some of the worst lyrics and singing I have ever heard. The only way I can sleep at night now is knowing that if I clap my hands against my ears really hard I can instantly blow out my eardrums before I have to listen to this again. Was this a joke that everyone else was in on?
I've never actually listened to this whole album before and it was such a great listen. Top tier rapping and awesome beats. Ridiculous skits. Wubby Tang was so influential for all of hip hop, and this album was quality all the way through.
One extra star for being a bit funky. They walked so we could run or whatever.
This was probably revolutionary at the time but it didn't do enough for me now. My favorite by a long was was Mysterious Ways
I really loved the rock songs but the ballads didn't really hit for me. Blue Orchid of course but I had never listened to take take take before. Overall a great listen
I only made it halfway. Seems like they were having fun I guess but it was so boring
Congrats on discovering drums I guess. Maybe y'all should have spent a bit more time experimenting before releasing this album.
Northern Lion was right. I really enjoyed this one. Turns out you actually can make good music in the 70's and the critics who wrote this book just can't tell the difference.
Bro can't pronounce llama. Some decent highs but some tracks I really just hoped would end
It was interesting but none of the tracks were long enough to carry out a full idea and they didn't really carry a consistent sound between them which I found very jarring. Several tracks were also bad but in a way that felt deliberate. This is very challenging to do well and didn't land for me. If it was narrowed down to the best tracks and refined more I think it would be a great album but as it stands I didn't love it.
It was an interesting listen. I enjoyed it. He has an interesting voice and I liked the variety
Sorry everyone. I hate Queen. Sue me.
This album was carried by the guitar with everything else taking a back seat including the most underwhelming vocals. I probably wouldn't listen again but I hope they gave that guy a raise.
Background music for me. Didn't even notice it was on

The front half was interesting but the back half was kinda boring.
More or less did not listen. I did like 2 tracks and decided I'd rather listen to something I enjoy
The average person gets to spend roughly 38 million minutes alive on the planet Earth. During those minutes you have the opportunity to invest your time with loved ones, creating new things, doing productive work, and enjoying art. Somewhere along the way, a mistake happened and country music was created. I've spent 28 of my minutes suffering through this album, but you don't have to. Please take this review as a warning. Call your Mom. Do anything else. It's too late for me, but not for you.
So many good tracks on here. I don't think I've ever listened to the whole album through before. I went back and forth on whether I love or hate the vocals, but I think they're just iconic. A few tracks did feel a bit samey, but I think there was enough to keep it interesting.
It's actually incredible how he could sing so far off the beat so consistently. Was the rest of the band in the same room? Still kinda rocked though tbh.
The first half was iconic and the second half was more or less unbearable. I was ready to give 5 stars but I found the second half so annoying I feel like on average I can only really give a 3. Some parts I also just felt didn't age super well, especially the brass bits.
I love this album. It's been a while since I've listened to it in full but it just feels raw and emotional and interesting. Really enjoyed it all the way through.
You aren't always good on your first try. Or second or third or fourth. But they got there eventually. Just not on this album. I couldn't finish it.
Baby's first electronic music. Why this made the list when there's so many better and more influential electronic albums is beyond me.
Nothing stood out to me as a major hit, but it was consistently good throughout the album and felt a bit ahead of it's time in some ways.
Idk what to make of it, but he could sing and it was kinda strange and interesting and I just kinda liked it.
Snoozefest all the way through. I guess everyone should listen to this before they die in the same way everyone should drink water before they die. The best part of this album was when LCD Soundsystem autoplayed after.
