Eagles by Eagles
Jun 04 2025

It was good. I don't listen to 70s music often, but I had fun with some of these tracks. (7.5/10)

Endtroducing..... by DJ Shadow
Jun 05 2025

Super Fun! The samples are used great with the beats, and the middle of this album shines. Midnight in a Perfect World is the perfect song. 9/10

Urban Hymns by The Verve
Jun 06 2025

Pretty Great record. Love the iconic opening, and the other standouts

Bossanova by Pixies
Jun 09 2025

Pretty good. Had highlights like velouria, allison, and all over the world among a few others. 8/10

Blackstar by David Bowie
Jun 10 2025

A masterpiece and a bittersweet goodbye. Weird in Bowie fashion, yet very human

Fragile by Yes
Jun 12 2025

Pretty fun album. Underrated imo. My first time hearing the work of Yes, so I'll be delighted to hear more here.

Smile by Brian Wilson
Jun 13 2025

RIP legend. Found myself cracking quite the smile with some tracks here

Cheap Thrills by Big Brother & The Holding Company
Jun 16 2025

The voice is good, but the writing lacks and most of these tracks go on for way too long

Can't Buy A Thrill by Steely Dan
Jun 17 2025

Very camp and a lot of fun. I like the sound here and I look forward to hearing more from this artist

No Other by Gene Clark
Jun 18 2025

It was charming. Some good songs in the beginning, but it fizzled out near the end. Not the worst thing ever though

Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins
Jun 23 2025

If someone told me this was their favorite album, I would trust them. Has insane potential to grow on me also

Neon Bible by Arcade Fire
Jun 24 2025

Perfect Indie Rock record

Brutal Youth by Elvis Costello
Jun 26 2025

Charming enough, i found a gem or two here

Blue by Joni Mitchell
Jun 27 2025

One of the best singer-songwriter albums to ever exist

Jun 30 2025

It was a fun time, but it could have been more memorable. Probably gonna grow on me later though

Pretzel Logic by Steely Dan
Jul 01 2025

Not as good as can't buy a thrill, but it had some charm left in it

Aftermath by The Rolling Stones
Jul 02 2025

Not to bad for it's time, but nothing to note worthy. It's a fine tune

Jul 03 2025

Edgy, camp, and pretty fun. The best songs were in the first half, though

Axis: Bold As Love by Jimi Hendrix
Jul 04 2025

JIMIIIIIIIIIIII what a voice. This sounds like something made 10 years after it was released

The Gershwin Songbook by Ella Fitzgerald
Jul 07 2025

This album is pretty sweet. The problem is that it's too long. The best way to listen is with split listening, which makes me wish this album were split into two. But despite the length, Ella's voice is sweet and makes for cute tracks.

Zombie by Fela Kuti
Jul 08 2025

Sad story behind this album, but the beats are great and the heart is big

Cupid & Psyche 85 by Scritti Politti
Jul 09 2025

Kinda boring 80's synthpop. Nothing special, but it made tolerable background music.

Chelsea Girl by Nico
Jul 10 2025

Moody and Intimate, Nico's voice weaves a nice listen to sit down and drift away too

The Rising by Bruce Springsteen
Jul 11 2025

a little forgettable, but made for decent background noise

Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere by Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Jul 14 2025

It's fine, but not something I would consider returning too soon. The first song is pretty good, and I liked the last two.

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Jul 15 2025

Hard not to find simple enjoyment from this. A pretty decent record

On The Beach by Neil Young
Jul 16 2025

Starts out very well with two amazing songs. annnnd the rest is fine. He really loves a song with blues in the title huh. it was great and then it turned into a neil young album

Life Thru A Lens by Robbie Williams
Jul 17 2025

At first i thought it was Britpop trash, but it has its moments behind strange writing

Garbage by Garbage
Jul 18 2025

Misleading title

Joan Armatrading by Joan Armatrading
Jul 22 2025

Joan has a fun style and I like the writing, but I don't see myself coming back. Good for what she offers, though

A consistent vibe

Bitte Orca by Dirty Projectors
Aug 01 2025

Took a while to get started, but once it does it's great

You Want It Darker by Leonard Cohen
Aug 04 2025

Haunting and Quiet. His voice is very deep, yet soft, and it's a sad farewell

At Folsom Prison by Johnny Cash
Aug 05 2025

Tons of humor from cash and charm to warrant a decent recording and what sounds like a fun time

Beautiful Freak by Eels
Aug 06 2025

Beautiful writing and some amazing, sad tracks. It almost feels like a small narrative with each song, and the final track was perfect

Two Dancers by Wild Beasts
Aug 07 2025

Fascinating Vocals and some good songs, but that's it

Bayou Country by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Aug 08 2025

Wonderful cover, ok songs. Not my usual style, but it was a good listen

Sticky Fingers by The Rolling Stones
Aug 12 2025

That last song was amazing. The rest is fine, but not a bad folk rock entry

Dad music, but it's actually good

Scream, Dracula, Scream by Rocket From The Crypt
Aug 15 2025

Good Rock with a nice first half, and a decent but middling second half

Aug 18 2025

I loved city, country, city. The rest was fine, though. The lyrics calling out the nation and it's ghetto acts was a nice listen, but i didn't stick with me to much.

Pretty vibey. Carole weaves a fine web of songs
