While not my personal favorite Sabbath album, it was crucial in creating metal. So its importance cannot be ignored.

This album is the epitome of why lists like this exist. No matter how many times I have listened to it, it remains amazing. Even with Paranoid and Iron Man getting extremely overplayed on classic rock radio, it could not affect how kick-ass those songs are.

Songs For Swingin' Lovers! by Frank Sinatra

Sure it might be a re-working of old standards. And while I can appreciate the significance of that, this just bored me. Definitely nothing I would choose to put on and listen to. It could be good background music for a boring dinner party that I would hate to be at.
