Space Ritual
Hawkwind
Weird sound, that is, however, undoubtedly successfully brings "spacey" vibes to the listener. A nice little piece of what is nowadays known as classic progressive rock — definitely not one my favourite genres. One of the key features of the album that hints to it — despite the uniqueness of every song, they "flow" into each other, making the feeling of a very long never ending composition. It's really long as well, and has a lot of strange songs, that consist of nothing but weird noises (it adds up to the spacey theme though). Saved one single song from the album — Lord of Light, the most "normal" from the track list. Want to relisten the Velvet Underground now.

Green Onions
Booker T. & The MG's
There's not much to say about the album: 12 jazz-rock compositions (I'm neither a musician nor a genres specialist, but I'm pretty sure it can be called that in some way), that are nice to listen on a background once in a while. Nothing amazing or astonishing.

Siamese Dream
The Smashing Pumpkins
The most outstanding and the greatest work of The Smashing Pumpkins. The album is full of underrated songs, such as "Hummer", "Silverfuck" and others. It also includes the best song The Smashing Pumpkins have ever made — "Mayonnaise", that is both powerful and soulful (as the whole album is!). I have even used the lines from it as my quote in the graduation yearbook.
Unpopular opinion: Siamese Dream is BETTER than Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, especially if you compare them as whole pieces, and not by the number of great songs included.
