Pretty blues-ey, pretty sexy, great vocals.
Quite somber and melancholic. A+ for looking out the bus window pretending you're in the music video. Good listen overall.
Found it mediocre, even though I like tangerine dream. Did not see the connection the Pheadra, probably my fault. Too reductive for my taste.
Pretty cool album, fresh (at least for its time) electronic sound.

Placeholder, will listen to it later.
Good listen, but I feel with Fatboy Slim you need to do extreme reading between the lines to find anything other than pure entertainment.
Pretty solid, not their best. I think I like nirvana when they're a bit more raw and rough around the edges.

How can a band sound both goth and new-wave rock? This album was so good I regretted not listening to it earlier. Powerful, colorful, and sharp; at least 3 things an album should be.
Quite noisy, although I can see it being ahead of its time when it came out. Nothing special though, seemed like an experimentation rather than something with motive behind it.
Very upbeat and energetic. Felt the vibes pick me up, but I could not make out most of the lyrics.

Really funky, as it should. Great listen, not boring, and at least as political as it should be.

Good listen, very gothy, and I enjoyed the fact it was not too long.

Loved it! Great band, great album. I like their unique tone, they're a band with character.

It was an experience. Frank Zappa was a genius of its time. Clever, funny, political, irreverend, random, and fresh.

Classic prepaychedelic Beatles. Enjoyable, digestible, and rock & roll-y. Still not good as love me do, but a diamond of early beatles nonetheless. I don't think anyone is doing silly love lyrics as good as they did.
Didn't really get Bob Dylan before this. Great example of good folk music, with unique story-telling through some original yet comfy lyrics, and Dylan's special take on folk music to accompany them.
Quite ethereal, but not the best thing in the world.
Really felt like oxygene, giving live but causing fires as well.
Not my cup of tea, so I wasn't paying too much attention tbh. Ig it was good for background music.
Some songs sounded like christmas songs, while others were more somber. It was more classic jazz than free jazz, but I don't think that's a good characteristic. Enjoyable listen though.
Too country for me. I could also appreciate the album for the music maybe, if it wasn't for those run of the mill stupid lyrics. Not my cup of tea.
The Y2Kest cover for the Y2Kest album. Enjoyable and light, although a bit repetitive. I'd like to rate it higher for its replayability, but I have to confess the depth wasn't there; it is background music, it just happens to be great at it.
The first third of this album is so lukewarm that I was almost disappointed. Luckily, it soon became apparent why daft punk is greatest electronic band. Very special and fresh pieces, both harder and softer. I am totally biased, but I don't care.
I'd almost like to hate on this album, but I honestly can't. Such power, it was a breeze of fresh cold air blowing away any stagnation. Despite how pop it was, I still believe it's a masterfully written album.
Interesting piece. A bit too generic for my taste, but that's not necessarily that bad. The lyrics were hit or miss.
Great album, obviously, but its second half was a bit weaker than its first. Favourite song was Sons of the Silent Age, despite Heroes being in the album.
The bluesiest of the blues. Can't say it challenges the form too much, or that it diverges from the center of the curve. Enjoyable if you like blues, but that's about it.
I should listen to more "Garbage". Both energetic and mysterious, great compositions, and honestly, some of the best lyrics so far. Highly recommend.
Very interesting indie album. Great conpositions, warm lyrics, but it was a bit too long and "filler" at some points. Not exactly my cup of tea, but I'll keep it in the back of my mind
Vibes were good, lyrics were better, but overall I wasn't crazy about it. Maybe it needs another listen in the future.
Very weird mysterious latin music. Parts of it sounded like psych rock, other parts sounded like Tarantino soundtracks if Quentin was from Rio De Janeiro, and some parts were similar to weird wave Probably not going back to it, but interesting listen nonetheless.
Small and sweet. Pretty average, some good melodies here and there, but tbh nothing worth losing sleep over.
Title checks out. Best industrial electronic music out there. Maybe not the best, but still.
Great psychedelic rock album. It had everything that something close to a psychedelic experience should have.
Normal bluesy 60s. Not crazy for it, but what you hear is what you get. I guess paired with a beer it sounds nice.
Feeling actually sad I missed that concert. Warm jazz, and stirred up feelings. The songs were soothing the feelings they stirred up in the first place.
Well, I didn't expect a band with such a lame name to make such a great album. It was a very melancholic but warm vibe. It felt like travelling to a new place, while also being at home. Will definitely give it another listen. Until then, it kind of made my day.
