The Contino Sessions
Death In Vegas3/5 album. I like the dark vibe. The first songs are great, but then it gets a bit boring.

Good for late-night ambient. Nothing too spectacular, but some of the songs are catchy. "Infinity" is a highlight.
Definitely not my music type, but I’m giving it an extra point because it contains some loops that reminded me of my Casio keyboard from the early 90s.
This is a foundational album. The birth of metal. To come up with this sound in 1970, while the world was largely still into psychedelia, is impressive.
Excellent level of production. This is a very well-polished metal album, which is great because… it doesn’t always sound like metal. There’s melodies and ballads, and those are the highlights that made this an all-time classic.
It’s impossible to listen to this in full while seating in a sofa. The sound is great and I can see why it’s fantastic for a dance floor, but it’s sooooo repetitive! Long live Daft Punk, though.
This is clearly not Zeppelin’s best album, but it’s still a Zeppelin album. 3/5 in my books.
Meh…
Very boring
Wonderful album. The most adult version of the Beach Boys. It’s more complex and hits different to all the others.
Good old classic rock and roll.
Best Coldplay album, and one of the best 2000s albums overall. This was really something when it came out: a new sound, great melodies, and a perfect flow from beginning to end. Everything’s not lost is a hell of a closing track.
The world is a better place because of this album.
WHERE CAN I FIND MORE STARS? 5 IS NOT ENOUGH.
Amazing production (like always with MJ’s albums) and some good songs, but it’s a bit too soft and doesn’t have the punch of others.
Good stuff! Much better than I thought. I learned something new today.
I know how significant this album was for heavy metal, the impact it had when it came out, and the place it deserves in music history. Yet, I can't help but default to the basics: This is not my type of music and I can't give it a full listen in one go. 3 stars.
Boring…
This album delivers exactly what its title promises. Not spectacular, but not bad at all either. I listened to it during a road trip, which made it a good fit. 3 stars.
Too much noise for me. In the end is a great song, and that’s it.
The genesis of alternative music. So many bands drew inspiration from here. It lacks polish and melody though, and so it gets monotonous and boring at times.
