This album reminded me a lot of John Frusciante's Niandra LaDes and Usually Just a T-Shirt, particularly in how unconventional it is, but there are nuggets of melodic ideas. That said, this isn't an album to revisit continously every day, but once in a long while, it would be ok.

Jesus... this was a hard listen. I understand the importance of the album, but similar to Lou Reed's Metal Machine Music, it's very rough, with exception of some glimpses that have interesting ideas. I recognize I'm not much of an avant-garde music person, so take this with a grain of salt.
