Never listened to this as a whole and was sick of the singles at the time due to constant radio exposure… but what a talent. The years have been kind to this album. I’ll listen again.
A familiar album but I hadn’t understood its significance till now. To think it was released as Thatcher came to power… will def listen again.
Completely passed me by until now. Shuddered at the description of a ‘concept album’ but it sounded far more recent than 1969. Enjoyed. Will I add it to repeat listening? Yes!

Hints of genius interspersed with drug-induced nonsense… presumably by ‘69 they were too big for the studios to give guidance. But I surprised myself… took me back to s time in life, and I’m still almost word perfect. Iconic.
