Really fun album. What a wonderful voice. The album a bit “one note” as far as variety but it was a great listen while driving into work. The power in his voice and the swinging jazz were a great album from the list. I feel 3 is too low but I can’t quite get to 4. 3.75/5

Ass shaking music to a revolution. I have a rule that if I’m debating two rankings I always go with the lower one. That puts this at 4 stars but in reality it’s 4.5/5. Great beats. Great message. Ginger Baker tears it up. Amazing album

It's a good album. Not a great album. I liked listening so I’ll give it 3 stars. Some great pop rock songs on here like Stand but my thoughts on REM are unchanged. Good, but overrated

Definitely surprised by how much I enjoyed though I shouldn’t be because I love some Wu Tang albums. Cold World and 4th Chamber were my favorites. Solid album even if a few of the songs were just fine. 4/5

Some great beats. Lyrics range from amazing to downright bad. It feels dated but that only takes away from it a bit. It was enjoyable though finishing it felt like homework. I’m torn but I’ll give it 3 stars due to impact and the beats alone

I definitely didn’t expect an ambient instrumental last half of the album and it was a welcome surprise. Definitely catchy songs, interesting instrumentals. A great rock album

This album completely ripped apart my pre-conceived notions of Alice Cooper. I’d classified him as a novelty artist in my mind having only heard some of his hits. I always enjoyed them mind you, but they felt an oddity even still. This album gives many Bowie albums a run for their money. How’s that for a review? It’s pure glam rock and it’s awesome It’s hard for me to rate any album 5/5. I’m doing it here for the exceeded expectations alone. I often think a 10 point scale would be better.

Having just had Billion Dollar Babies right before this album I’m in my glam rock era evidently. I couldn’t be happier with that. I had a lot of mixed feelings on how to rate this album. The songwriting is…okay. The musicianship is really good and the hooks are insane. This album is punch after punch. Jabs each one. A variety of energetic “one note” songs with great production. Killer

I know many have this as 5/5 but I say 4/5 because this is the best version of maybe one or two of these songs and the rest are better on their respective albums. However it is a legendary live album. 4.5/5

What an interesting mix of Latin music, country, jazz, and rock. I really enjoyed this album. The song writing itself leaves a bit to be desired. I could listen to the music itself all day

I want to rate this a 4 just because I love the experimentation but some of the songs really fall short in my opinion and by the end of the album I was tired of it. I did enjoy it though so I’ll give it a solid 3.5/5

The best Stones album and one of the best rock albums of all time. 5/5 without hesitation. Multiple styles. Jagger is at his peak.

If you’re apt to set expectations for an album based on the aggregate score, you cannot do that here. Look at the reviews and you’ll see very few low star reviews are for the album or the music. It’s just that they don’t like the man. Fair enough I guess. Your lowly review on this site is making a big difference but it’s probably better to just rate music and stop skewing results based on other criteria. This is one of the greatest rap albums of all time. The man himself doesn’t change that.
