1001 Albums Summary

Respect is obviously a classic but I really enjoyed this whole album - perfect for enjoying some strawberry lemonade outside in the sun and listening to the train go by in the distance. I think the titular song is my fav it just has fantastic instrumentals and vocals.

For an April day with a high of 86°, feels appropriate… I found it kind of repetitive though tbh I wish it was more funky!

His voice was not for me sorry ;-; and the instrumentals were too repetitive for my taste. I wonder if I would prefer a remastered version?
