All good bangers, just not really my thing. Definitely of its era. While I don't consider it amazing, it was an enjoyable listen and I appreciate it within its sphere.
Every song slaps, so groovy. No criticisms, it's ideal for what it's trying to be. Bass is so good. Perfect

Beautiful from start to finish, title track and killing moon best. So atmospheric and psychedelic in some moments, poppy in the others, while also carrying this dark and gloomy feeling
Experimental for the sake of it, but bangers aswell. 2.5
Perfect from start to end, not a moment on this record that left you bored or underwhelmed. My first Stevie wonder album I've listened to start to finish, left me wanting to listen to his whole discography. Favourite: golden lady, too high
Ballad ballad ballad ballad. It gets a bit tired after the first few songs, but it has tiny dancer so it's not terrible. Title track and Levon also pretty good.
So incredibly boring. Songs long for the sake of being long. Very transy and airy, but not in a good way.
Good and viby background music, but it gets old quick.
Relaxing and soulful easy listening. Afternoon nap music in the best way possible
Definitely an album for the fans. A few good songs but largely uninteresting. Lots of the songs had interesting moments, but they were hidden by several minutes of repetitive moaning. The title track was pretty good.
Energetic and catchy songs about girls. Short and punchy, lots of fun.
Abbrassive and eery. Droning guitars, unusual song structure and animal noises to close it out. Transfixed the whole time. The spoken word radio in the final song with the heavy instrumental was a perfect way to end. Human cannabol was also a good standalone song, which is hard to say for the rest of them. Creepy and disturbing experience, but in the best way possible. 4/5. Giving it a 5 feels to far, an album like this almost doesn't want a 5.
Diverse but ultimately bland, what came to, background music. Washed over me, with occasional moments of interest (in the most listened song) and then right back to washing over. Some of these albums....genuinely how did they pick them for this list. It's not garbage, it's just meh.
So densely experimental and wacky. Definitely not an easy listen, buy I'm glad I did it was terrific.

I'm so emersed, yet I don't really know what I'm supposed to be understanding and what is simply intelligible and meant to be simply experienced.
The screaming lyrics in pull out the pin were amazing, and is definitely the best so far. Similar vibes on Houdini.
Very interesting sound effects. The jaunty piano in most songs so far is very fun, very upbeat. It's like circus music. The vocal sound effects are particularly used, perhaps overused? It's hard to tell when something is so experimental wether it's overdone or just right.
It goes back and forth between creepy and disturbing to beautiful. Mostly just an intriguing middle ground.
The dreaming was awesome. Lovely message and unusual vocal deliveries. Hearing didgeridoo in songs is always cool.

One my favourite albums of all time. Listend to it many many times. Instant 5. Ear magic.
3rd time I've listened to this all the way through. Listening this time in bed with headphones at 1230 am in the dark, eyes closed. Perfect. Fuck this album is dark, heavy, and atmospheric. Pornography (the song) was genuinely scary in this listening situation. Not many songs on this album are single worthy, but as a collection they make for one hell of an experience. Sad and desperate, with drum tracks that genuinely pound your skull. Guitar in 100 years is hypnotizing. Fav: 100 years, Siamese twins, hanging garden.
Dark and broody, I really enjoy the energy of this album. Really interesting sound effects or weird guitar pedal sounds in these songs that make it even more eery, like in helicopter and sailing. Revival was a stand out for the more upbeat points in this album, but I also really liked sailing. It sounds like wind is playing in the background and the simple guitar with no drums is simply beautiful - which jumps straight into the upbeat memory boy more melodic and poppy, but slightly boring. Some of these songs are quite generic and would be good if they didn't sound like a run of the mill indie rock trac. For example money boy has a nice enough guitar riff and melodic chorus, but it just doesn't hook me with anything novel, that's not to say it's bad - it's quite enjoyable - just nothing great. Desire lines is a stand out track, catchy guitar riff and melodic chorus, but where it gets really good is the long and hypnotic ending jam, it's mesmerising.
Saxophone came out of nowhere on Coronado but I liked, Coronado in general felt like a bit of fresh air.
In fact, Coronado and he would have laughed were to strongest tracks, what a way to close an album. I love the repetitive riff in he would have laughed transy like in desire lines. Feels like your being walked down a long hallway.
It's very very good, with a few average points, some really high points but some of the tracks blur together into some black and grey goop. Would do for a second listen at some point.
Wrote a whole things that got lost. I like it, but it drags on... Alot of the songs over stay their welcome. But I like the low and chill aesthetic of these tracks. Hypnotic and mellow while being quite experimental. Not really something I'd return too, but I enjoyed listening.
Fun but dated. It's a parody almost. If I was a teenager in 1989 maybe this would be good. It's not bad, just not anything remarkable or 1001 albums to listen to before you die. It's groovy but generic.
Repetitive intricate guitar work. Groovy fun, and extremely chill. A vibe I haven't really experienced before.
Not very intereting, but it's a respectable, largely predictable, alt rock record. Not something I'd ever return to as it sounds like a slightlt worse version of a alot of good music. A pleasant experience
More of a 3.5.... it's fun and jammy, cohesively chill and loose throughout. Something you should be dancing too. Psychedelic and bluesy, I like it alot. Not something I'd return to, hence it not being a 4, but I'm glad I listened and wouldn't change it if it happened to come on.
Djed - transy, so minimal. It was hypnotic and dreamy, the repetitive lines didn't get as boring as I thought they would, lots of catchy ideas. The glitchy section caught me off guard. Feels like an eery waiting room underwater. The drums were standout on this track I think.
Glass museum - instantly a breath of fresh air. Finally left the waiting room. The xylophone? Is a really nice touch. Jazzy breaks. Xylophone is generally amazing on this upbeat proggy track. Fast, slow, fast slow.
A survey - love an isolated baseline, and chirping crickets? Why not. Da da da da da da da da da.
Taut and tame:
Groovy as hell, the xylophone keyboard effect is addictive and adds a colourful bounce to the guitar drum relationship.

Chill nice, kinda forgettable.

Same old same old. Good.
Unfortunately really fun and funky. It's a bop and is so unbelievably catchy, which I fully expected coming off only having listened to the singles. Speed demon is a funk banger. If only he didn't diddle those kids. It's dated and Corny at times but i had a lot of fun listening, it's a very established and unique vibe.
Long and a little too sloppy sounding for my liking. Songs went on too long, and even if they acknowledge it (last song) it was just a bad choice. Some songs had a tight and punchy sound but overall not a great album. Post-punk has sounded alot alot better.
It was fun and upbeat, alot of slurs and questionable lyrics but apart from that it was interesting. Nothing crazy but definitely above average. I don't really know how to describe it, a bit of this and a bit of that. I'd definitely want to listen to more from them, it's an intriguing sound for sure.
It's a vibe, most music like this is fun and casual to listen to. It's smooth and some of the synth work was very satisfying. But its not really for me, not something that rewards you too deeply with a deep eyes closed listen. Good but not great. 6/10 seems reasonable.
I really enjoyed this and definitely want to relisten to unpack it more. It's an unusual blend of sounds. I liked the absurdity of the lyrics and content. Musically, the blend of electronic and rock/pop ballads was super fun. Epic stuff. Electrical synth layered pop for the first track, it's alllll a mysterrryyy I love how he sings that. It's groovy and poppy.
