1001 Albums Summary

I feel like this album is what I was expecting the TSwift tortured poets album to be like and maybe that’s why I didn’t care for TTPD. Little Green feels like it could be in the sequel to “Free to be (you and me)” but California is my favorite track. Ten songs didn’t feel like enough but there isn’t a skip on here.

I’m not sure I’ve ever consciously listened to Elvis Costello until today lol. Jk I do remember Watching The Detectives but it’s not something that I associated with Mr. Costello

No skips. If I were Art Garfunkel I would’ve blown my head smooth off after hearing this

Honestly thought I would enjoy this more given how many bands cite this as an influence. Spellbound was pretty good though

His voice is great, I think this is the first non-Hallelujah music of his I’ve listened to.

Love Lauryn Hill! Fave song had to be the Mask though

Nothing really stood out to me here but overall impression was mid-to-good

Anthony clocked me so well when he told me he thought I’d really like this album (I already loved it lol)

I liked this one better than the low end theory, mostly for Can I Kick It and I Left My Wallet in El Segundo
