Classic rock is not really my genre. There was one recognizable song, maybe used in a sample, Changes, and that was interesting. I prefer the slower, acoustic songs, but even so, it didn't pull me in very much. I've never listened to a Black Sabbath album in full, so now I can say I did. woot. I listened to some more of their popular songs after, and was like, oh yeah
I mean cmon it's the beatles
I haven't listened to this album though
still great
I was excited about this one cause Jasmine has her Blue vinyl - her first vinyl purchase, so I know it's special! I loved this and listened to her other popular songs on Spotify and it just leaves me wanting to listen to more / relisten again. she is an incredible vocalist and her lyrics are introspective and poetic and put a smile on myself :)
i also had heavy associations to an album i love: Titanic Rising by Weyes Blood. she must have been heavily influenced by Joni Mitchell. if you liked this album, at least give Movies by Weyes Blood a listen - not exact but heavily reminiscent of Help Me!
i was delightfully surprised by this one!
i expected it to sound samey like black sabbath
but there was enough variety that kept me interested!
i also really enjoyed the vocals, thought they sounded passionate and epic
the sounds felt unique too
i liked it!
i was admittedly distracted while listening to the latter half
but nevertheless, surprisingly good!
though the tracks leading to the next were not seamless and sounded abrupt
stand out track: Babe I'm Gonna Leave You
toting my guns
fiddling my pianer
inoffensive and lukewarm
cuntree chill
bro these guys just sound like tryhards to me guh
I recognize Enjoy the Silence cool
they're unc fr fr no kyap
This sounded so familiar. My alarm rang and interrupted my listen and I couldn't find where I was so I gave up on it. Inoffensive and smooth.
uh on first glance, 1h15m and only 4 songs. that's ambitious but it makes me nervous. these guys are still playing - they're on tour.
i didn't hate it but i don't think i have anything nice to say?
facelift has a familiar riff
rip ❤️
recognized 2 songs
there were 4 omega hits in a row
I dont like coldplay
I want to 1 star it but ill be nice
c00l
dood I get distracted listening in segments then my memory gets fuzzy
I liked the carnival campy soundy song Welcome
boring??
never heard of this before! I love girl screams as a genre! so I got super excited to hear the first song. I would love to see this band live. but unforch sounded samey the rest of the way
I had no idea that this was Courtney love? rock queen
CRAAAAWWWWLIN IN MY SKINNNNNN is a 5 alone
this was such a cool vibe, at least the first few songs, but they really needed to be trimmed down, went on for TOO long. groovy smoothie
it was alright work music but no standouts
whatever
yeah ok
I recognize Fast Cars done in other various covers. Dude, these lyrics are pretty cringe. Imagine by John Lennon tier. Love is Hate. Why are they called peacekeepers if they kill? War Is Peace. Clap.
I love the hokey pokey sound of Alabama Song, reminds me of La Cigarette - Babylon Circus
This was nostalgic for me, especially Tighten Up and Howling for you. At the time, I really liked the sound of HO! HEY! music. But now, it feels overdone and a bit corny sooooo I ain't feelin it at as much
idr
oh my gosh European Son sounds so annoying
some classics like Sunday Morning and There She Goes but god
oh i thought these days would be on here but it's not! thumbs down
love ella fitzgerald but holy exhausting who thought a 3 hour runtime was a good idea
this album slaps!
