Rio (song) is great, hungry like the wolf is a classic but the chauffeur is excellent, really great synth pop rock album
Sounds decent, very 50s easy listening, moderately enjoyable if it's outside your wheelhouse
pretty good vibes. Black magic woman is a classic, overall decent
Started very strong, got sort of lost and worldly towards the end but then finds itself again with final track, excellent music for the most part
Decent consistent sound, but the classics 'yellow', 'don't panic', 'trouble' all stand out. 'Sparks' also very good low energy sound
pretty okay easy listening crooner music, probably better as background music even though album was a little short, nothing spectacular about it
didn't click with me, only listened to it the day after and only got through half before i started skipping around to see what the second half contained, but I typically don't listen to grunge
Great album I discovered years ago and watching Good Will Hunting. Very chill
Great album with classics like Dixie and Cripple Creek
Pretty listenable album with the classics "Cry Me a River" and "Rock Your Body", 3.5/5
While I don't think I'm the target audience it was a cosy enough album, the track Nick of Time is a standout
Fantastic album with some of their greatest work. Bridge of Troubled water is such a strong opener for an album. Cecilia still quite catchy. The Boxer and Only Living Boy in New York two of their best songs as well
Pretty consistent album, nothing spectacular but Marvin's voice is really good
Great album was classics in it
Great album was classics in it, 3.5
I really tried to appreciate Steely Dan, I've listened to several of their albums at this stage and I don't get it? It's not bad much but either I'm missing something or it's a little overrated
Pretty fun album
Great album
Pretty good songs, good tempo and nice listening
Pretty decent album
Is this before Brian Eno invented his own genre?
None of the classics were on it :(
Pretty good
Doesn't live up to its reputation, although Word on a Wing was a standout
Pretty chill vibe, although some songs drag on a bit
Grat album with some amazing tracks on it. Breathe, Time, and Great Gig are all fantastic and "big" music
While it has 2 great songs, there's just a lot of screaming. Look, maybe I'm not a grunge person, but I've also never been a fan of songs that sing the same line over and over, whether it's Bill Wither's "Lovely Day", The Police's "Message in a Bottle", or Nirvana's "Bleed"
I mean it's alright
Pretty good album, 3.5 was hoping for more classics but it was fun to hear "No Woman, No Cry" studio version instead of the far more famous live version
I guess I don't like OutKast that much, 2.5
Pretty listenable ablum, In The Ghetto still fantastic
Fantastic album with plenty of feel good tracks. Shake It Off obviously being the standout hit, but plenty of other decent songs like Wildest Dreams and How You Get the Girl. A bop of an album
Experientment songs aside pretty okay album, with Little Wing being a standout
Great folk album
Funky stuff but that one poo song has weird lyrics
Pretty good, 3.5
Decent album, standouts are classics Angels and Let Me Entertain You
Finally, some good fucking music While there are a few misses (Wild Honey Pie, Revolution 9) this album has so many amazing songs, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Rocky Raccoon, Yer Blues, Long, Long, Long and of course Blackbird
Excellent music, Fly a true standout but over all very chill album
Amazing album, with songs that range from "alright" to "fantastic". Moondance is the second in the heptalogy running from Astral Weeks in 1969 to Veedon Fleece. Truly some of the best soul music ever made. 'Into the Mystic' is the standout but 'And It Stoned Me' and 'Moondance' are both amazing tracks
Sadly I found it just a little experimental to appreciate it. So many tracks with just a line repeated over and over and too much screaming. I understand that there is a lot of avant-garde influence in the album but personally I did not enjoy this as music
Classic rock album opening with an absolute banger
Wonderful album. Thunder Road, Tenth Avenue and Born to Run all amazing tracks with so much energy!
Unremarkable
Three standout songs, Immigrant Sont, Since I've Been Loving You, and Tangerine, with not so great songs between. 3.5/5
Fantastic album with amazing energy, true classic mid 2000s rock
Pretty decent, Cosmic Dancer and Get It On both outstanding tracks
