Decent album, I'm just not a fan of Costello's voice
I feel like I have to be in a specific mood for this album, but when I am it's a fantastic album. Regardless of my mood it's still fantastic.
Don't kill me, but I seem to be a bigger Public Enemy fan. That being said, still a great album.
Solid
Solid summer album
Good sound overall, you can tell it stood out for its time but just didn't hit the same levels as other rock bands of the time.
Very wholistic sound throughout, I liked the instrumental songs on the album, and, although it was wholistic, I was a bigger fan of the first half of the album.
Great album, loved The Weight and Chest Fever
Not a bad song on this album, I like that this album takes a deeper dive into 2Pac's life like in Me Against the World and Desr Mama.
Very western style
Don't really understand the appeal to this album, not a fan
One of the greatest pop albums of all time, what more can I say?
A couple of the songs on the B side are okay, but other artists and other albums that do the same style just do it better than whatever they're doing here.
I like the post-Genesis sound of this album and the production is really good, but nothing stands out. I like the album as a whole but it's hard to push it up to four stars.
Great album, I liked the live aspect to the whole thing, just not my favorite sound.
I'm not a huge fan of 2000's music, but this album is very well put together.
Wasn't sure how I was going to feel about a Randy Newman album, but I was pleasantly surprised. Good solid sound and nothing that's disappointing.
I enjoyed a decent bit of the songs on this album, makes me interested in possibly listening to more of The Doors in the future.
I enjoyed the overall sound of the album, but the lead singer kills the whole thing for me.
This album was really great, I don't think there was a song that felt out of place in this album.
I don't know that much about jazz so it's harder to gage, but in general it was alright
I love Winwood's use of the synthesizer
A quieter album from David Bowie, but still a great one. I liked more of the instrumental side of it.
Eagles really nailed their sound on their first album, very high four but I'll give it a five for a very solid first album
Putting aside my hate for country, this was good.
Contrary to my previous rating on one of Joni Mitchell's albums, I actually really enjoyed this one. Interesting transition to jazz music towards the end.
Fantastic album, will return for more of their work.
Nothing stood out, but not bad by any means. Also not my genre.
Love the new wave sound, Duran Duran has a very unique style with this album. Not a bad song on here.
Solid live album, very short though. Some songs were my thing while others weren't.
There's nothing super unique here.
Nothing crazy here, decent album.
Great sound, but I have a hard time hearing the lyrics over the beat sometimes.
I can tell it's a very good album, but it's been overhyped for me. Will listen again with probably a different rating so I'll give it the rating I think it deserves objectively.
I didn't save a ton of these songs, but the album's constructed very well. It has some interesting songs like The British Opera, it's very unlike what I'm used to with Bee Gees
Besides Prince's super loud screaming, the music's awesome
The only downside to this album is that Phil Collins barely sings, otherwise it feels like Peter Gabriel's Genesis mixed with King Crimson which is bad ass.
