1001 Albums Summary

Good album. Recognised some of the songs, but like the live versions of most.

Honestly was disappointed with this one. Knowing the famous songs made me think it would be a great album, but I didn't really enjoy most of it.

This album was good. Didn't know what to expect going into it. Some familiar songs, lots I hadn't heard before.

Very strange album. Some parts good as ambient music. Can hear some influences from other bands here and there. Cool in the Pool is very weird!

Not really my kind of thing. Close though. 70s blues/rock can be ok but I'd probably rather just have either blues, or rock.

Being a fan of his version of Hallelujah I thought I might like some of his other stuff but it wasn't great.

The only song I remotely like on this album is Tainted Love and even then I don't like this version of it.

Better than I expected

I'm not a big fan of Johnny Cash. Most on this album was pretty forgettable but it does have my favourite song of his, and that's his version of Hurt.

Early nineties dance music. Some tunes I recognise but a lot are headache inducing now :D
