Elephant by The White Stripes
Jan 05 2024

I appreciate the sound more now- so full for two people. Only a few tracks I remembered.

Exile On Main Street by The Rolling Stones
Jan 06 2024

Good- none of the songs seemed familiar, was easy to get into.

The Man Machine by Kraftwerk
Jan 08 2024

Enjoyed “The Robots” and “Neon Lights.”

Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd
Jan 09 2024

I still don’t like Pink Floyd, it’s just a weird soundscape. I thought I’d like “Wish You Were Here” but only really like the covers.

21 by Adele
Jan 12 2024

First few pack a punch but then later ones kind of sound the same and lyrics weren’t as good.

Graceland by Paul Simon
Jan 13 2024

Graceland is good, a known song but the others did pop much for me.

From Elvis In Memphis by Elvis Presley
Jan 14 2024

Can see using songs from this album in transition parts in scripts.

Teenage Head by Flamin' Groovies
Jan 15 2024

Liked Whiskey Woman. Otherwise the album sounds similar to southern rock and then sounds like early punk in some parts. Has a different rock feel but came out the same time as a Stones album. Take on blues + rock. Included covers of That Will Be the Day and Louie Louie. Louie Louie cover wasn’t that good, felt like a lot of slurring and lyrics weren’t clear.

Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg
Jan 16 2024

Not an album I’d listen to cover to cover. Appreciated what ground it did break.

New Boots And Panties by Ian Dury
Jan 17 2024

Songs are tounge in check sexual. Can see the early punk vibe, later the album picks up in speed. Did like If I Was with a Woman because of its satire. Liked Blockheads. Liked Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll, it had a Walter Mitty reference.

Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin
Jan 18 2024

Really enjoyed this album and would put it in again to cook/clean with and likely listen cover to cover. Didn’t realize who’s in the band.

Fear and Whiskey by Mekons
Jan 19 2024

Didn’t really get into it. Chivalry was okay.

Chelsea Girl by Nico
Jan 21 2024

I find this album more classic now. I can only listen for a little while.

Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Jan 23 2024

Paranoid. Iron Man. War Pigs.

Roots by Sepultura
Jan 25 2024

Metal. Didn’t listen much.

Dust by Screaming Trees
Jan 26 2024

It didn’t grab me.

Cafe Bleu by The Style Council
Feb 04 2024

Couldn’t get into it

Fifth Dimension by The Byrds
Feb 12 2024

Classic. Can see how their sound developed more after this album.
