Led Zeppelin IV
Led ZeppelinEnjoyed it more & more after each listen. Very nice.
Enjoyed it more & more after each listen. Very nice.
This is the first blues album I've listened to & it's a good one.
It's a bit inconsistent, and some of the songs are a tad too long, but it's an enjoyable enough listen.
Mostly forgettable.
Some of these songs are just alright, but some ("Cherry-Coloured Funk" and "Frou-Frou Foxes in Midsummer Fires," especially) are the prettiest few minutes you can hear in music.
Absolutely sublime.
A solid folk album. Nothing special, apart from a few songs.
A great glam rock record with two standout tracks ("All the Way From Memphis" and "I Wish I Was Your Mother").
It's all right for the most part, with one track ("First of the Gang to Die") standing above the rest. Better than I thought it would be.
Fun stuff. Awesome cover.
Incredible from start to finish. The guitar tones on this album are just unreal. Hardly anything on this list will be able to top this.
Great album.
There are some wonderful songs here. Björk's vocals are really unique and beautiful.
This album is at its best when it sticks to relatively straightforward rock n' roll. The only tracks that I can enjoy in full are "Re-Make/Re-Model" and "Virginia Plain." The other songs are weighed down by their eclecticism.
A collection of uninspired songs that runs for way too long. Has no reason to be on this list.
The sound of Neil Young being drunk and depressed. Excellent album.
A few good songs here, though I don't really want to sit through the whole album because of the meh skits and some throwaway tracks.
I do prefer the less clean and polished production of the Sisters' debut album, but I still highly enjoy Floodland. "Lucretia My Reflection" and "This Corrosion" are both awesome. The moody "Never Land" is a great closer, even though it is just a fragment of the full 12-minute track.
Amazing folk album. Great songs the whole way through. Quite more diverse than I thought a Simon & Garfunkel record would be. The Bob Dylan piss-take is real funny.
An enjoyable new wave album, nothing amazing except for a few standout tracks like "Happy Day," "No Compassion" and, of course, "Psycho Killer." Their later albums definitely blow this one out of the water.
Extremely abrasive, but I managed to enjoy it after giving it a few spins. I prefer the first half of the record as it's more distinct and the sound is more akin to hardcore punk than metal. The album cover is great.
Groovy, repetitive and hypnotizing. The bass playing is phenomenal throughout the whole thing -- Jah Wobble is king. I adore Keith Levene's metallic, shrieking guitars that threaten to cut you in half. Lydon's ragged and sickly vocals fit this record perfectly. A true wonder on all fronts.
Weird music. Interesting to listen.
Lovely album.
Someday, jazz will reveal its whole beauty to me.
Not very interesting.
Fun and catchy songs here.
Songs like "Love Her Madly," "L.A. Woman" and "Riders on the Storm" are great. The rest is all right. Jim Morrison attempts to impersonate a guitar solo and/or harmonica on "Cars Hiss by My Window."
Do do do do do.
Captures some sort of vibe. Sounds goofy at points. I like it.
It's good but I am not Feeling It.
Carves out a place for itself in my brain. Gorgeous.
Quite wild. Amaze.
Have to be in the right mood to enjoy.
The great melancholic record.
Something's not right...
Some fun music by Welsh Rock Band.
Never listened to their debut before. Truly an excellent punk record.
Mighty entertaining skate punk!
Music sure is something.
An immaculate vibe.
It's great!!
