Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere
Neil Young & Crazy HorseQuite boring folky album. Not one to listen to again.
Quite boring folky album. Not one to listen to again.
Several hit songs, but some filler on the album as a whole.
Mellow reggae throughout.
Boring. Lacks energy, and I don't like the hit song from the album. Ironically, the best song was "Dull Life", which was energetic & souded like Yeah Yeah Yeahs first EP.
Cool/Bebop jazz. Very 70's. Almost hear "Enter the Dragon" vibes B)
Atmospheric & airy synths. Kind of like Bladerunner OST Vangelis meets Black Star Bowie. Uplifting & melancholic by turns. Great album if you're in the right mood.
Boring & self indulgent.
Folky album with loads of variety between songs. Really good
Great live louge recording. Love the music but really not a fan of her singing. Her vibrato is way too much and is off-putting.
Iconic! Great songs, but some filler tracks stops it being a 5.
Boring, simplistic & repetitive
Just an average African blues album. one of the 1001 to listen to before you die!?
Awesome! Like a 50's rock mix of Elton John, Billy Joel & Buddy Holly. Best album yet.
A bit rough raound the edges. Masively overshadowed by Back to Black. 2.5/5
Live album that felt like an hour long guitar solo! Good music, just not a great album. I'd rather listen to the studio recordings.
Great early album. Raw, intense and short songs. Lacks mega hits, but feels genuine, not manufactured.
Xylophone solos accompanied by an accordion? No thanks!
Dull & forgettable. Really dislike the title track!
Decent, iconic folk album. Not one I'd listen to frequently, though.
Quite repetitive. Knew the first song, but others weren't anything special.
Average. Like a chill Florence & The Machine
Awesome!
Surprisingly good! More "O Brother, Where Art Thou" than pure country music.
Quite boring folky album. Not one to listen to again.
Boring album with an overplayed hit.
Innovative for the time, but to early to be an enjoyable Hip Hop album.
Stream of conciousness rap. Not good, but some good beats and obvious talent. Won't listen to album/artist again.
Top 5 summer albums. Worth every star!
Like spoken word poetry put to music. No idea why I like it so much, but the album is great! Definitely need to be in the mood though.
Still souds like the Pixies. Album not good or bad eally. 2.5/5
Pretty boring tbh. Nothing catchy and just noisy really. Wouldn't liste to again.
Korn!
Great 70's funk album. A few songs aren't good enough for 6 starts though.
Very 60's
Nostalgic!
Great to hear an album from te '80's that's actually live recorded and withou over-produced drums! 3.5/5
3.5/5 - Nice change from Rumours, but nothing jumps out. Still the same sound though!
Beautiful!
Great, but just overplayed now. Very Mark Ronson.
3.5/5, Great album, but not their best.
Really obnoxious & repetitive 80's music. Sounds like a 3 year old wrote the lyrics.
Fairly average 70's rock. Nothing that really bites, but still good music overall
Every song gets better& better until it ends with Street Spirit (Fade Out). Great album, but not my fav from them.
2.5/5. Beautiful music, but not an album I'd put on and listen to.all the way through.
Dire. Just noise
Amazing & nostalgic! I love how rough around the edges it is.
Love the music, although a bit too virtuosic at times. What I can't stand is his singing along. Really distracting. Maybe can't hear through speakers at regular volume, but through headphones it jus souds ridiculous!
Love has a great voice, but the album itself is kinda forgettable.
Great songs / Bad album. The story skits & audible sex / blowjob were awful to listen to.
Top 10 album. Every song is amazing.
Feels like more modern punk/thrash metal for '81. Some good riffs, but album souded like it was recorded in the next room with 1 mic! Probably wouldn't listen to again.
I like this meelow stylof coutr, but the songs all souded the same. Good background music
Very creative. Brian May was on form here, but freddie wasn't his extravagant self yet. I grew up with the Greatest Hits album, so a lot of these were new to me. Good fu, but not one I'll rush back to
Despite being released in 1980, his album feels really fresh. Very energetic. Not sure I'd listen to it again, but enjoyed it nonetheless.
Quite like early-mid Beatles. A couple of memorable songs, but most are quite samey. 3.5/5
Nope. Not for me...
I was 15 when this came out. I don't care if I sound old, but you had to be there for this MTV Nu-metal era of music to really get the vibe. Wouldn't trade the late 90's / early 00's for anything!
