An enjoyable enough listen, though I wouldn't say I typically listen to this type of rock. It's definitely "of it's time," bringing a similar vibe as The Beatles. Maybe a 3 out of 5 from me. I could listen to it again, but I'm not sure I'd reach for it that often.

I haven't listened to much Bowie in the past - definitely not a full album from start to finish. This was vibey and fun. There was stuff on here that I definitely liked better than the main song "Heroes." Would listen again - and will try out some more Bowie. 4/5

I found some of it fairly boring, but there were a few standouts. "So Long, Marianne" will stay with me. Unlike some of the other reviews, I don't find Cohen's voice particularly annoying - and do really like his backing guitar work. I do wish he would do a little more at points. 3/5
