Good songs: Cloudbusting, Mother stands for comfort Bad songs: Waking the witch Her cut out tremelo effect fucking sucks
Alright, I guess millennials would have gone crazy for this. Good songs: Frank Mills / Mrs Robinson. (Two covers and not their own) I would probably just listen to The Magnetic Fields for the same vibe
Pretty good Good Songs: Yes Sir, No Sir / Some mothers son / shangri la
Being 40s jazz it does blend together, but it is ultimately pleasant. However I do like the ‘talking trombone’ effect a lot. Loses points for being 1.5 hours good: festival junction
Good earworms. Can’t say how it fits with the ATCQ discography but I would give it future listens
The albums strength's are Dolly Parton's wavering folkish voice but this album suffers from not reaching the potential it should. Good songs: Wildflowers, To Know Him Is To Love Him
Enjoyable and interesting in both music and lyricism despite almost every song being about love.
It's pretty good but I might be crucified for saying that it is just pretty good. Some people say it's the first psychedelic rock album but there are others from the era I prefer. Good songs: A day in the life, With a little help from my friends
Perfect smoky lounge music, but I found the vocals to be mixed too quiet to enjoy
phenomenal
I have always liked Elegia but the rest of the album is disappointingly just run of the mill new wave
Good
