Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park

Dam these white boys can rock and dare I even say... rap. A couple of things I found out about myself after listening to this album 1. I don't trust my government (local, state, federal etc.) 2. These no way that an attack on September 11, 2001 will ever happen 3. I hate my parents 4. Shut up when I'm talking to you The best part about this album is that it is also stuck in my CD player in 1998 Jeep wrangler and now I have no choice but to listen to this album whenever I drive my car.

Time to bust out the black lip stick and finger nails. I'm goth now

3 Dudes. 2 with beards. 1 named beard. I think we need to go back, as a society, and embrace album covers where we have three over saturated pictures of dudes in Canadian tuxedos and/or climbing up things. Nothing better than some white guys pretending they're Muddy Waters too.... chef's kiss. This is an excellent album to bust out the Casa Migos and make poor life choices.

Electric Ladyland by Jimi Hendrix

I spent some time hanging my bohemian tapestry on some barbiturates while listening to this album. Got so zonked out that it ended up taking me an hour and fifteen minutes just to get it done. Who's this Steve Winwood fella? He seems to have his shit together and I hope to see what he can do in the future. If you like 13 minute songs about becoming a fish, then this is the album for you!

Raw Like Sushi by Neneh Cherry

From a modern perspective, this album is a comically large tub of cheese balls. Some of the beats are passable but the bars are weak. I'm sure the brits will figure out this hip hop thing eventually

American Idiot by Green Day

So I guess 9/11 did happen. Linkin park gave me hope

Gorillaz by Gorillaz

Double bass also makes me unbearably anxious.

Surprisingly catchy

The Libertines by The Libertines

An album for bros you don't see eye to eye with. Sprinkle some Kinks on a layer of smiths and you have the valentines

I once had moral diarrhea after going to Wing Stop. Thank god for this album, I can finally clean up my doo-doo.

Innervisions by Stevie Wonder

Lil' Stevie does it again

Tigermilk by Belle & Sebastian

I was listening to album in high school once and the cool kids found out. They gave me an atomic wedgie, broke my Walkman and force fed me the magnetic strip from this cassette as punishment. I turned my trauma from this experience into expressive art and now I am in my 8th year of art school. I couldn't be happier!

Sad album with some character. I actually like David Berman's voice (RIP)

Violent Femmes by Violent Femmes

This was the very first CD I ever received that made me interested in music. Its crazy to think that that this album was released in 1983, it sounds like something that would have been huge a decade or so after. Very impactful album on me and the landscape of music overall.

Wu-Tang is for the children and it is also a group that no one should fuck with. Based on this, I am awarding them 5 bags of popcorn.
