1001 Albums Summary

Album’s so nice I listened twice! Nostalgia! Reminds me of riding around in my dad’s car when I was a kid. They have such a distinct sound. Impossible not to bop your head along to these songs.

A nice reminder that “Mr. Brightside” only recently became annoying. I like “Believe Me Natalie”.

So vibey! I like “‘Tis a Pity She Was a Whore” despite the lyrics. Some of it felt too jazzy for my taste. Crazy he died a couple days after it was released.

It’s a character flaw of mine to get bored after more than a few slow songs in a row, but this never bored me. Very pretty songs, though none that really stood out for me.

Not bad music to have on while cooking, but I won’t be revisiting this. Some parts were interesting but overall was not into it.

I forgot how much I liked some of these songs.

This is exactly the kind of album I was hoping to be forced to listen to! Probably not something I would’ve sought out on my own but I really liked it.

Wow, this was fun! So many bangers. “Right Here, Right Now” replaces “Mr. Brightside” for Bills 4th quarter amp up song.

So good. Every song is excellent. Fun fact: when I worked the control room at the AK sometimes I would play “Radio, Radio” while handing out radios to the floor guards.

Didn’t hate it, but not for me. Probably will not revisit.

Really liked a few songs but most didn’t make a big impression on me.

Some Christmas favorites on here! Darlene Love = Queen of Christmas.

This album was released exactly ten years before Caroline was born! Forgot how good “Turn to Stone” and “Mr. Blue Sky are”. Liked some of the other songs too but the album felt a little long.

Enjoyed the ride but didn’t feel strongly about any songs.

An all time favorite

So melodramatic. Would probably enjoy it more if I were a depressed person.
