Really liked this album. Indeed, it's a classic. Many parts feel straight out of a movie and the entire thing flows together very nicely. I give it a 4 out of 5 just because a lot of the album is not something I would listen to regularly; a little bit too "loud," and several verses felt repetitive, but it's definitely unique and worthy of a spot on your list.
Mesmerizing, tight grooves with great horn arrangements. I enjoyed reading about the sociopolitical history surrounding Fela and all he went through in his life.
Initial track Secondhand News is overly poppy, nice harmonies though. However, this is just about the only track that I don't like on this album. Just about every song is a hit. Definitely worth being on this list. Stevie Nix's voice is awesome.
First track has a poppy, tinny sounds to it. Backup vocals are pretty energetic. Second track is a classic. Money money money is a popular track. I largely dislike the sound of this group. I think it’s the genre and the bouncy teeny bopper kind of sound.

Edgy. Catchy. Love the female vocals. Very punk, I guess called "New Wave." I really love the sound. Very distinctive. Not much variability throughout the album though. Grooves sound very much the same from track to track.

Wow! What a talented band. I love this album. It's so dynamic, the harmonies are absolutely beautiful, and the band is incredibly tight.
I understand how this is an iconic album and there are a couple of songs I really like, but his voice is very monotonous, without much range or versatility. Many of the songs sound the same.
