A lot of solos. Very iconic for the time. Feels dated now.

I understand Miles Davis is iconic... but jazz is for music nerds and the mentally insane.

I'm horny and she's fit... but an album. Frank sinatra's voice as smooth as silk.

I hear a lot of what I like in this but it doesn't quite land.

A lot of drugs went into a generation for people to think this was good.

Cool, bit messy though.

Far too many N words for the nursery drop off.

I can just imagine the excitement of listening to this in 1999

I know more of these songs than I thought I would.

Some bangers but a lot of filler

Oh to be sat in a piano bar, drinking martinis and flirting. Cool cats in every booth.

It's a banging album. Doesn't sit in a genre I particularly like but you can tell it has been written and produced by incredible talents and Adele is undoubtedly a great singer.

Some shocking, jarring language that I find surprising even for the time. He definitely has a format that he's following. Bit of an era/culture shock but otherwise mildly entertaining.

Great album but a hell of a lot of filler. It's a rock opera by the end. Can't say I'm a fan of the fade out... but it's of it's time.

Brilliant album if what you want is to be bored for 52 minutes.

It's basically band practice... but some of it happens to be listenable.

If your song is 10+ minutes long and you have to fade out to finish it, you weren't done writing/composing it. The backgroundyist of background music.

Bjork has an incredible voice but makes me feel like a 90s sitcom dad who wants to shout at their kid for listening to garbage.

Inoffensive love songs.

Sounds Surprisingly modern for an album that's almost 40 years old. Bo Burnham has definitely taken some influence from them.

What makes this so enjoyable to listen to is how much fun you can tell they're having... that tambourine can fuck off though. Of the time, of course, but some very questionable lyrics. Maybe ask if she's old enough before declaring that she'll be yours.

Mumble rock

I always think Queen is overrated but I think I'm just bored of the overplayed radio hits. Solid album.

Country just really isn't for me. I can hear that it's not bad but the whole album feels like a trope.

I can imagine listening to this in your room and feeling so punk and so political.

I barely recognise this as music. It's an old man drunk in a bar singing whatever comes into his head.

Proper classic rock

Reggae, aint it.

Far more country than I was expecting. That's on me, though.

I can see why they were popular but I find it all quite boring.

Really satisfying

Most songs are 33% too long.

Half of the songs weren't available on Spotify but it just sounds like a classic soul album.

Doesn't sound as dated as a lot of music from the era.

This album has convinced me that some of these are on here just because one of their songs was used in a soundtrack.

Has aged well. Poppy, crooner adjacent but with a bit of soul. Amaricana era.

The description of this band is just as esoteric as the sound. Not sure what they're saying most of the time but easy listening.

Just not a fan of this slow music.

Clearly two albums, not one. One better than the other. Loved the crooning to ridiculous modern lyrics.

Maybe this is a grower cause I don't hate it but I definitely don't immediately love it.

All these songs are good but you hear it all in the first 60-90 seconds and then it just keeps going. Undoubtedly good but every song that's sampled fat boy slim is better than the original.

Classic, easy listening. Short songs.

Country music lyrics back then were wild. Songs don't carry on the lore at all.

Doesn't feel massive, or an attack.
